SERVICE AGREEMENT

Future-Proof Learning Community™

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between VP Legacies, LLC dba eLearning Partners, a Colorado limited liability company (“Company”), and the individual or organization (“Client”) submitting the payment for enrollment in the Future-Proof Learning Community™ (the “Program”).

By submitting payment and enrolling in the Program, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Description

The Future-Proof Learning Community™ is a high-level annual mastermind and mentorship experience for learning business owners and L&D executives who want to:

Increase profitability and margins by 20%+

2. Enrollment Terms

Program enrollment is $10,000 USD for 12 months (best value, paid in full).

Alternative payment plan: 12 monthly payments of $1,000 USD (total $12,000).

During checkout, Client will complete a short application to ensure mutual alignment. If the Company determines the Program is not the right fit, a full refund will be issued immediately.

3. Refund Policy

Because this is a high-touch mastermind with immediate access to proprietary content and coaching, all sales are final after enrollment is confirmed.

If Client is not accepted during the application review, a full refund will be issued.

4. No Guarantees or Earnings Disclaimer

Client understands that:

The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or financial earnings.
Testimonials, case studies, or examples are not guarantees of results.
Results depend on Client’s own effort, follow-through, and market conditions.

5. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

The Program and all related materials are for educational and strategic purposes only. Clients should consult their own legal, financial, and tax advisors before making business decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by Client for the Program.

7. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its team from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the Program or breach of this Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, templates, and systems shared within the Program remain the intellectual property of the Company. Client receives a non-exclusive license to use them within their own organization or business. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications. No changes will be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

By submitting payment and enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
