SERVICE AGREEMENT
Future-Proof Learning Community™

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between VP Legacies, LLC dba eLearning Partners, a Colorado limited liability company (“Company”), and the individual or organization (“Client”) submitting the payment for enrollment in the Future-Proof Learning Community™ (the “Program”).

By submitting payment and enrolling in the Program, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions, including a 30-day money-back guarantee.

1. Program Description

The Future-Proof Learning Community™ is a high-impact annual mentorship and group coaching experience designed for educators, course creators, and learning leaders who want to master AI, scale their impact, and build transformational learning experiences for the future of work.

The Program includes:

12 Months of Mentorship from Jonny Havey
Work directly with Jonny throughout the year with real-time strategy, coaching, and momentum-building accountability.
Guest Sessions and Mentorship with Industry Leaders

2. Enrollment Terms

Program enrollment is $5,000 USD per year (discounted from $6,000 if billed monthly). Payment is due at the time of checkout.

During checkout, the Client will answer a short application to ensure mutual alignment. If the Company determines the Program is not the right fit, a full refund will be issued immediately—no hassle, no hard feelings.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Client is accepted into the Program and determines within 30 days of purchase that the Community is not a fit, they may request a full refund. To receive a refund, Client must email jonny@e-learningpartners.com within 30 days of enrollment with a written request and confirmation of their decision to leave the Program.

After 30 days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

4. No Guarantees or Earnings Disclaimer

Client understands that:

The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or financial earnings.
Testimonials, case studies, or examples are not guarantees of results.
Results depend on the Client’s own effort, follow-through, and market conditions.

5. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

The Program and all related materials are for educational and strategic guidance only. Clients are encouraged to consult with their own legal, financial, and tax advisors before making business decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

7. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its team from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from participation in the Program or breach of this Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, templates, and systems shared within the Program remain the intellectual property of the Company. Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use them within their own organization or business. Reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited without written permission.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications. No changes will be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

By submitting payment and enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms, including the 30-day money-back guarantee.
