SERVICE AGREEMENT
Future-Proof Learning Community™ – Monthly Membership

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between VP Legacies, LLC dba eLearning Partners, a Colorado limited liability company (“Company”), and the individual or organization (“Client”) submitting the payment for enrollment in the Future-Proof Learning Community™ – Monthly Plan (the “Program”).

By submitting payment and enrolling in the Program, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions, including a 30-day money-back guarantee and flexible month-to-month commitment.

1. Program Description

The Future-Proof Learning Community™ is a high-impact mentorship and group coaching experience designed for educators, course creators, and learning leaders who want to master AI, scale their impact, and build transformational learning experiences for the future of work.

2. Enrollment Terms

Program enrollment is $500 USD per month. Payments are charged automatically on a monthly basis from the date of initial enrollment.

Client may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No long-term commitment is required.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Client determines within 30 days of purchase that the Program is not a fit, they may request a full refund. To receive a refund, Client must email [email protected] within 30 days of enrollment with a written request and confirmation of their decision to leave the Program.

After 30 days, payments already made are non-refundable, but future billing may be canceled at any time.

4. No Guarantees or Earnings Disclaimer

Client understands that:

  • The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or financial earnings.

  • Testimonials, case studies, and examples are illustrative only.

  • Results depend on the Client’s own actions, implementation, and market factors.

5. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

All Program content is for educational and strategic purposes only. Clients are advised to consult independent legal, financial, or tax professionals before making business decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the most recent 30-day billing period.

7. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its team from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their participation in the Program or breach of this Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, templates, and systems shared through the Program are the intellectual property of the Company. Client receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for use within their own organization. Reproduction or sharing without written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or representations. Modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.

By submitting payment and enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms, including the 30-day money-back guarantee and month-to-month billing structure.
