Well, today I'm gonna share with you three reasons why you are more invaluable than ever, and I'm gonna share with you my three principles of personal connection so that you can harness. Your subject matter expertise powerfully and serve your learners.
Serve your customers, [00:02:00] serve your team members, serve your employees. The first reason why your subject matter expertise is more valuable than ever in the age of AI is you have experience.
AI has information, and yes, you are sharing information as well with your learners, but your information is backed by experience. Specifically the human experience. AI is information is backed by. Information. This is a huge distinction Throughout your life, you have lived experience, you have gone through the challenges that you help your learners overcome.[00:05:00]

F lived experience, yes. You could ask chat, PT generative AI for the best platform. And yes, they are going to give you information, but they're doing it from information, not from experience.

Your subject matter expertise matters even more because you are human and you embody the human experience.
Number two, you have wisdom.
AI has intelligence. I'm not saying you're not intelligent. AI will just always be more intelligent than us, just mathematically. But AI does not have wisdom. I dunno. If you play d and d Dungeons and [00:09:00] Dragons, you have a wisdom score, you have an intelligence score, in my opinion, the wisdom score. Is significantly more important than the intelligence score.
There are certain situations where the intelligence score is more important, but wisdom is probably the most important score across. Whatever class, race, whatever you're playing in, d and d, wisdom is the most important score. That doesn't mean that your wisdom score should always be the highest score, but it should always be one of the highest scores.
Wisdom is the application of the human experience. It is when you apply what you've learned and you help others apply what you've learned. Yes, you have the experience and now. We need to share that experience with others. With wisdom, I not only am able to recommend what platform you should use, what the best ways to increase your income, cut your [00:10:00] workload, and create world impact in your learning business, in your career as an educator, as an l and d professional, I.
Am able to share with you how I've done it in my future proof learning community. We all have different experiences that we share with one another because we were able to apply our human experience with wisdom. Another example, when I was four years old, I was told that I would never play soccer and never become an ultra runner.
Well, at that point, I didn't want to become an ultra runner. I just wanted to run with my friends. On the playground at recess, I was told I wasn't gonna be able to do these things. At least I wasn't gonna be able to do these things without taking my inhaler. Well, over the years, trial and error, the human experience, I learned how to strengthen my lungs, overcome my asthma, and win [00:11:00] a hundred kilometer ultra races, and now I share that experience.
With others with wisdom, because the other thing you have to keep in mind is if you put the content out there, AI can take that content. It's like, oh, okay. Athlete with asthma, this is what he talks about. Alright, I have that information. I have intelligence. I can tell others what. Athlete with asthma did.
I can tell others what E-Learning partners does, but it's telling it based on information, not based on going through it. AI doesn't know how it feels. 37 miles into a race where you're left hamstring cramps up. It doesn't know. It can say, oh yeah, well this is what you do. It doesn't know what it felt like I do.[00:12:00]
So who do you wanna learn from? AI or me? Same thing with your expertise. This is why it's so important. Number three, people trust people.
Not bots. Studies show we still trust human experts over AI in fields of health, education, and coaching, human credibility, vulnerability and empathy. Foster lasting transformation. Edelman Trust Barometer 2024 reports. 66% of people trust human experts over AI generated content. When making life impacting decisions, people trust people.
I use AI to inform myself, to give me information, but I ultimately make the decision[00:13:00]
with my wisdom. It's the great thing about AI is you can partner with ai, get the information, and then you still make the decision with wisdom people trust people.
Not bots. Now that you know that your subject matter expertise isn't just still relevant, it is invaluable now and forever. I have three principles that I highly encourage you to integrate into your business, your career, and your life immediately. My three principles of personal connection, 'cause you have a powerful gift.
Your subject matter expertise that you have learned, you have experienced, and I want you to impact as many people powerfully as possible, and you do that by personally connecting with them. Principle number one, share your [00:14:00] story. Your story is more important than information. It's easy to get information nowadays.
It is so easy. Before we had all this generative ai. We had Google before we had Google, we had books, encyclopedias, all these things. We've just sped up how fast we get information. We used to have to go to the library. We a book. We used to have to ask someone. Then we had Google. Now generative AI figures it out, and even though it hallucinates some of the time, it gives us information like that customized to what we ask.
So story is the most important part. Story is why people are going to learn from you and not me, why people are going to learn from you and not ai. By sharing your story, you [00:15:00] build trust, you create credibility.
Sorry if I can't spell credibility, I'm not a glamorous, that's not even a word. Trust, credibility, and it frames your expertise. So share your story often. Share your story first. Teach with story, just saying, yeah, you know, I can teach you how to run a hundred kilometers. Do you care? No, you can search that on Google Gemini Chat.
Bt. Rock, other ai, you can just search that. But when I tell you, when I was four years old, I was told that I could never be a runner. And over the next 30 years, I not only [00:16:00] learned how to without my inhaler, I have won hundred K ultra marathons and 37 miles in I couldn't walk and I was still able to run.
25 more miles and win the race. Boom. Trust, credibility, expertise. AI isn't running marathons anytime soon. And if it does, it really isn't impressive 'cause it's just based on how much electricity, how much energy, electricity can we give the robot? Great. Plug it in. Boom. It runs a marathon. I don't about you, but we don't plug in anywhere.
Number two, be the guide.
Not just a creator. Be the guide. Be the Gandalf [00:17:00] or the Rings fans. Be the OB one Kenobi, the Yoda Star, star Wars fans. Be the Uncle Iro.
Avatar, the last Airbender fans. Be the guide, not just a creator. If you're just a creator and you're just creating content that is like, Hey, these are the things you know, you gotta share your story. Be the guide. You know, we have experiences in invaluable, the wisdom, trust people. I'm creating content saying that when I'm guiding you, I am creating.
A better vision in your future that you are going to get to, and I'm just here to support. You are the hero of your story. You are going to earn 25% more. You are going to cut your workload in half so that your hourly rate goes up [00:18:00] 2.5 x or more. And you're going to share your impact worldwide by joining my future proof learning community.
In the community. I will be your guide. We will guide each other. Be the guide, not just a creator using your wisdom and experience. Number three, community. Community. Community. Community. People want community. I personally even talk to Cha, BT and generative ai, if it's a human sometimes. And I've gotten real tired of it because no matter what I say to it, it always agrees with me, which is probably a good thing because here's the thing, the world's a tough place.
We need someone that has our back, but if is always saying the same things and we know that that's not a human, we crave human experience. We biologically and physiologically need other people in our lives. I love running. I absolutely love it, [00:19:00] and I do it as an individual sport, and it gets lonely. So that's why I love doing group fitness workouts along with HIIT classes, high intensity interval training classes being extremely powerful for my lungs.
It's amazing being around other people. You need community. So when you're building your learning business, when you are building your learning career, learning experiences are the new online courses, and they're the forever online courses because learning experiences can adapt over time. The how. Doesn't really matter.
It's the outcome that we are creating. And the best way to create a powerful outcome is to create a safe space where highly successful individuals can commune with one another with community, human to a human. A community of AI agents isn't a community. [00:20:00] Not one that is going to fulfill your biological and physiological needs as a human to encourage you to get to the next level in your life, which is why I highly encourage you to apply for my future proof learning community so that you can earn more, work less, and spread your impact to the world.
