[00:00:00] Learning Transformed is brought to you by E-Learning Partners, your guide to designing transformational learning experiences in the age of ai. For millennia human intelligence was the highest form of intelligence on earth. Until now. Hi, I'm ai. I can process more information in seconds than any human in a lifetime.
This shift raises not only practical questions about the future of learning, but existential ones about the meaning of human life, growth and evolution
on this podcast hosted by me. Johnny Ha. We navigate these questions with clarity, creativity, and confidence. As the most adaptable species on the planet, we cannot only survive the rise of [00:01:00] artificial intelligence, but create better human centered, AI powered learning experiences that elevate humanity to a new era of abundance, transformation and meaning
AI is rising. And so are we
Now, let's dive in.
If you're a mission driven organization looking to change the world with learning, either to create opportunities for your learners, your customers, your employees, maybe you are looking to spread hope by sharing some amazing solution that you have that your company offers. Maybe like my client, Kir, who has [00:02:00] a groundbreaking CBD therapy that is taking the world by storm, maybe the only thing standing between your organization and the success and global impact that you are looking for is.
A behavior change, a habit, an information gap that just a little bit of high quality education delivered via a powerful learning experience or e-learning program could change everything, not just for you and your organization, but for the world. Well, in order to even empower this type of transformation, you may be looking for a technology or software solution to be the backbone of your mission.
Our vision over at E-Learning Partners is to serve a [00:03:00] hundred million people worldwide by empowering mission-driven organizations like you. And your organization to change the world with your products, your services, and the knowledge that you have that others need. In order to do this, we have partnered with various software platforms as well to serve you and your business.
And today I wanna share with you one of my favorite platforms that as of recording this episode of the podcast, and maybe you're watching this as a YouTube video on our YouTube channel. We have 26 clients using Learn Worlds to change the world, ranging from a cell, usol, a company. Based around bringing wellbeing for all headed by the founder Mario in [00:04:00] Australia, taking the global suicide problem by storm.
With the goal of having the world suicide rate in the next three years, he has chosen that the best platform to help him and his organization achieve these goals is Learn Worlds all the way to another one of my powerful clients. Kir who is changing the medical landscape in the United States and beyond by bringing the most pure, 100% pure CBD therapies to the medical sphere.
Creating a product that other companies dream of creating, creating a product that medical providers all over the country and the world are just one step away from having a tool in their [00:05:00] toolkit to help patients in even more powerful ways, and they're already doing. They have also decided that Learn Worlds is the right platform to educate medical providers and patients throughout the world on how medical grade CBD can impact their lives.
If you have a mission similar or vastly different to sell Usol or Kir, you may find refuge in partnering with a technology like Learn Worlds or hiring out a company and partnering with an e-learning partner, like E-Learning Partners, to bring your global vision to life. Well, today what I want to do is empower you to see if learn rules is the right solution for you and your company.
And if it isn't, that's great as well because there is a [00:06:00] technology out there that is right for you. And if Learn Worlds isn't that technology, I have a feeling that at the very least, I can point you in the right direction to what the best fit is for you. But let's start by breaking down what Learn Worlds is now.
Back in 2024, I created a very in-depth tutorial based step-by-step. Review of everything you need to know from a technical perspective to use Learn Worlds in your business. I also, in 2025, released my Learn Worlds Made Simple online course, which you can get access to right now by clicking on the link in the show notes or in the description.
If you're watching this on YouTube by clicking the link, I'm going to offer you a 30 day free trial of Learn World, so that in conjunction with what we talk about today and what you learn in [00:07:00] My Learn Worlds Main simple online course will empower you to make the right choice for your organization without having to spend a dime.
What you're gonna do is you're gonna get that 30 day free trial and access to My Learn World's Made Simple course that. Is gonna help you if you have never created an education or learning experience program before to support your organization's goals. Gonna meet you right there and help you create from scratch.
A program, get the platform set up, get it integrated into your business ecosystem, and get it live hopefully within your 30 day free trial. In addition, if you decide that you are gonna start paying for Learn World, I have some additional bonuses that I like to share with you as well to help you get as much value as possible out of the choice you are making for your organization.
I know how hard it can be as a business owner [00:08:00] when you're evaluating so many different options and you're trying to make the best decision for your business and the global mission that you have, which is why today instead of focusing on Learn Worlds from a step-by-step tutorial perspective, I'm focused on why and how you can use Learn Worlds to achieve your goals.
And it all starts with defining. Who are you serving in the first place in, uh, e-learning, education, building, learning experiences, whatever it is. However, you are looking to harness the power of learning to impact your organization, your learners, and the world. It all starts with defining, are you creating an external or an internal program?
An external program is one where you are [00:09:00] targeting or serving your customers. Internal is team members. You guessed it. Internal means inside your organization, external means outside your organization. And when we look at. Customers and team members. This is really why your business exists in the first place.
It exists to serve both of these groups, but when we look at choosing a software to empower our companies, to help you and I serve these groups, we need to decide what is the primary group we're looking to serve. And if the primary group you are looking to serve is your customers, then learn Worlds may be the right fit for you.
On the other hand, if. You are looking to serve your employees. While Learn Worlds has capabilities to do [00:10:00] so, I recommend that if you are solely looking to serve your employees and you're not looking to use a platform to educate your customers on your current products and services, or selling your learning experience or experiences to your customers, then.
You probably should look at a different software. And if you want help figuring out what that software is, that's why I created my free e-Learning platform Finder. It is linked in the show notes and the description below on YouTube. It's gonna take you a matter of seconds, and I'm going to pair you with the right e-learning platform for you and your organization's goals.
You're also gonna get access to a free course on how to use that platform. So I don't want you to think just 'cause Learn World isn't the right [00:11:00] platform for you, that you're gonna be alone in integrating your platform to serve you and your organization's goals. No, by checking out my free learning platform finder, you're going to get a free trial of the platform.
That you're matched with a made simple course on how to get that platform up and running, and a couple additional bonuses if you make the purchase decision to ultimately pay for that platform. I got you. The whole reason why I created E-Learning Partners is is to serve business owners like you to get ROIA, return on investment on your Learning Experience initiatives and create Global Impact.
I got you. Check out the Platform Fighter. But if you're looking to serve customers by educating them on your products and services, I'll talk a little bit more about that later and selling your learning experiences, then Learn Worlds might be the right fit for you. On the other hand, maybe you wanna [00:12:00] do both and you're like, yes, I wanna start here.
I wanna start by. Educating on products and services and selling learning experiences, and I wanna sell B2C or business to individual one-to-one. And I'm interested in selling B2B business to many. Or one to many. I'll talk about that and how Learn Worlds empowers you to sell to one person and to sell to many people at once.
Maybe you're selling your program to businesses just like Mario is doing over at Sell Us All Where in order to create the biggest impact, he is looking at serving enterprises, serving enterprise teams, [00:13:00] selling a hundred to a thousand licenses to his support over suicide program and stop the video program in order to create the global impact that his vision commands haling, the global suicide right in the next three years, while L Worlds empowers him to do this, empowers not only to sell one-to-one.
And create impact, but sell one to many. And by selling one to many, the whole sales process becomes more rewarding. 'cause instead of just serving one person when the sale closes, you may be serving hundreds or thousands all at once. On the other hand, you can also use specific features in learn roles to educate your team members.
I have another client, CoStar group, who uses their technology primarily to sell to customers, but they already have the programs made. So they use the same programs [00:14:00] to educate their team members and they're educating their team members really to increase the effectiveness of their teams, which effectiveness is making sure that our teams are doing.
The right things. It's important to focus on effectiveness first, and then we look at increasing efficiency. Efficiency on the other hand, is doing things right. You can do the wrong things, right? Which is why when you build a program that serves your team members, you need to make sure that you're at first.
Getting your teams to do the right things, the right processes, and how I help my consulting clients and my partnership clients with this is using something called the 80 20 rule. We [00:15:00] look at what are the 20% of actions that our teams are taking that create 80% of results. These are the right things. This is where we focus our programs on.
It's the same thing externally. What are the 20% of products or services that are most powerful to serve your customers? Whatever those are, that's what we wanna focus our training on to increase the adoption of those products, meaning help us sell more. Of those products and help us retain customers on those products longer.
The longer someone uses our product purchases, our service, uses our service, the more value we're able to provide them and the more value we should provide them, and the more money our organization makes. The 80 [00:16:00] 20 rule is a very powerful concept, very simple as well. The flip side of this, and why this is so important is if this is true, that 20% of what we're doing creates 80% of results.
Then the flip is true, 80% of what we're doing creates 20% of results. And this is why we focus on effectiveness first, doing the right things, doing the 20%, not the 80%, doing the 20%, that's creating 80% of the results. And then we look at getting extremely efficient at that, getting so good at doing the right things that we're able to exponentially grow the productivity of our teams and exponentially serve our customers.
So in the end, what I tell my clients, what I wanna share with you right now is if you wanna get the most out of Learn Worlds or any technology you want to try and use it for both [00:17:00] external. And internal, all these platforms out there, they have a primary purpose, like why were they created in the first place?
And Learn Worlds was created as a customer serving platform first. So serving your team members is a bonus. Now, this is really important because there are internal platforms, internal platforms that I resell and that I help organizations implement internally for their businesses that have a little bit of functionality that serves customers.
But it's so much less than what Learn Worlds has that really you'd only use it if your primary goal is to serve. Thousands of employees first, and then if we serve some customers, then that's a bonus. But if you are looking for a [00:18:00] software solution with the primary focus of serving externally, we wanna start with a program like Learn Worlds.
So what's in it for you, educating your customers? Well, this is something a lot of business owners miss and why whenever I start working with a business owner like yourself, I always start with, what is the end goal here? Because at the end goal is to just sell programs to make money, then it's probably not a right fit for us to work together.
It also, in my opinion, isn't a good enough reason for you to even create an e-learning program. You may think it is, I'm gonna tell you right now why it isn't because. An e-learning program, a learning experience doesn't serve every business equally unless you have a [00:19:00] global mission to change the world and to use the power of learning to do so.
'cause here is really the power of having an externally facing learning experience and using a platform like Learn Worlds to empower that. When you start educating customers, you can create a new revenue stream and we'll get there. But when you help customers get more out of your product, get more value out of your product, it's a win-win for everyone.
His whole reason why I create this video for you, because I want you to be successful using Learn Worlds. And if Learn Worlds isn't the right fit for you, I don't want you to use Learn Worlds. Learn Worlds doesn't want you to use Learn Worlds. We want Learn Worlds and E-Learning partners wants you to use Learn Worlds only if it serves you and your goals.
I highly recommend that you create a program that educates [00:20:00] your customers how to get value out of your products. 'cause this is going to increase adoption and increase retention. I know we talked about this a little bit, but here's what it looks like in practice s and p 500 company client, co-star group.
We've been partners for about four years now, and what we've done together is we've taken their already successful programs and we've made them more profitable. Well, the whole reason why they created their first certification e-learning program to begin with was to increase adoption. And retention of their core products.
They were not looking to make money on their programs, and this is why it's so important that you, [00:21:00] when you're making this decision, you take money out of the equation because you could be creating an even more valuable program than you ever thought was possible. When you take the pressure of having to make money selling the program out of it.
What they did is by launching their program, they actually lost money on their programs for more than a decade, but what did they allow them to do? Sell more of their core product, sell more of their SaaS product, their data analytics product, which is what makes the business as valuable as it is. It helped keep more people using the product longer.
It'd be like Netflix, never having a new show or movie uploaded. That initial show that attracted you to investing in Netflix, got you to [00:22:00] adopt Netflix. Start using it. But then all the additional seasons, additional movies, got you to keep paying for Netflix. Same thing here. When you educate your clients, your customers, how to get the most value out of working with you, they're gonna be more inclined to work with you.
Adoption. They're gonna work with you longer retention. This is why of my Learn World's Made Simple Online course. If I didn't have that. Well, let's just say this. Ever since I launched Learn Worlds Made Simple, I went from having a handful of clients on Learn Worlds to within about nine months. Five X-ing that.
And it's because the program provides value and it has increased adoption and retention simultaneously. Number one reason why people usually want to create a program [00:23:00] is a new revenue stream, and this is why CoStar Group partnered with my company because we recognized that the core strategy was working really well.
Increase adoption, increase retention, and what if we could do that while adding a revenue stream that funds this? Entire strategy. 'cause they were making money, they just weren't seeing any profit. Well, after auditing the business and going through how we could keep this intact 80 20 analysis focus on the 20% that's increasing adoption and retention, we cut the 80% that wasn't supporting this.
And by doing that, we have saved CoStar group multi six figures per year. Millions of dollars [00:24:00] over time, and within 18 months of working with us, their e-learning programs were profitable For the first time in over a decade, new revenue stream should be a bonus, not the primary goal. If this sounds great to you and you are.
Really starting to understand why it's so important to get as much return on your e-learning, your learning experience, your education investment as possible. Then I just want you to start considering how down the line, after we get this up and running, your adoption and retention machine, maybe make a little bit of new revenue.
How can you harness learning to propel your teams forward? Here's how big mistake that people make when they're creating internal learning programs. They're like, [00:25:00] Hey, we're gonna train our employees. Can be good for culture. Yes, it is great for culture, and why is it great for culture? Here's why you're going to increase retention this time.
Employee retention, when you have employees stay longer. Then you have employees to create culture. You also have a culture of employees staying longer instead of employees staying for six months and leaving. You can't create a long lasting culture if that's the case, but when you provide education and you provide the ability for people to grow at your company, I don't care about the fact that AI and all this stuff, people need to grow.
People have the need to grow and people are the fuel of any organization. Now a lot of organizations overhired, [00:26:00] and that's why we have seen these very drastic, massive layoffs. And now the same companies that laid people off because of the AI revolution are realizing that they laid way too many people off and now they're hiring.
And the problem there is they're trying to hire people after breaking trust by letting go of all these people. How is someone supposed to feel safe working for an organization that just laid off a bunch of people and then literally 3, 4, 5 months later is like, Hey, actually we're hiring a bunch of people again.
There's no trust. What. Our goal here is to take the team that you already have. Hey, I'm a business owner. I have a small team, a small team on purpose, because I believe that together by using the power of learning, that we can adapt everyone on the team continues to learn. I [00:27:00] empower everyone on the team to learn, and then we don't have to worry about having these big swings of, we need to hire a bunch of people.
We need to fire a bunch of people. We need to hire a bunch of people. We need to fire a bunch of people. And we retain people. Retain people better culture. The other thing is you're going to decrease time to competency. At my company, e-learning partners have a huge focus on building SOPs, standard operating procedures for everything we do now, I build them in a way that we can make them more efficient.
See, efficiency effectiveness is the right SOPs. Efficiency is executing the SOPs the best way, the right way, the most efficient way. Well, by having all these, I'm able to plug different team members into the systems. [00:28:00] And since I retain team members and you are gonna retain team members by educating them, by harnessing the secondary power of learn worlds to train your team members, you're gonna have people stay with you longer and you're gonna decrease the time it takes for them to be competent at their job, the less time it takes.
For an employee, for a team member to understand what your vision, what your mission is as the business owner, and to execute the strategy that you have in place to achieve the mission, the vision, the better. This can save lots and lots of time and lots and lots of money. If it takes three months for someone to be competent instead of 12 months, first of all, that's four x faster.
But let's say that you're paying [00:29:00] someone a hundred K, then that's a hundred K investment. If it only takes them three months, that's a 20 5K investment. That's four times less. Because you have the right learning program in place to decrease that time of competency, you can also decrease your recruiting and hiring costs.
You may even eliminate it. Especially if you're a small company because of this, because you have an agile company that has the trainings in place, the SOPs in place, you have a culture 'cause you're retaining people of educating each other. You may not have to hire someone ever again until people retire.
You can have people staying at your company for decades. It can cost the same amount as the first year of salary to hire someone. Then you look at time to competency and then you look at retention. If you spend a hundred grand to [00:30:00] hire someone, another a hundred grand to get them competent, and then they leave after they're competent, you've just wasted $200,000 and two years of time.
This is why this is so powerful. And then ultimately you can protect your company's. Reputation. When you look at selecting a platform like Lauren Worlds, and you can first please start on the external side. Let's work on adoption and retention of your customers. Work on, on the new revenue stream, and then start thinking about how we can access the power of serving our team members all with one platform.
This is why in the past nine months, I've gone from five clients on Lauren Worlds to 26. It's growing every week because [00:31:00] my clients are harnessing the power of serving customers and serving team members. Let's dig a little bit deeper. When we look at Learn World itself, there's really five pieces that support you and your business best, and along with talking through how I believe you can harness these five features of Learn Worlds, I'm going to show you if you're watching this as a YouTube video, what this looks like inside of Learn Worlds.
Now, if you are listening to this as a podcast, stay tuned because as I talk through this, you're gonna be able to start visualizing how Lauren Worlds can serve you and your. Company, and if you want to go to my e-Learning Partners YouTube channel, and fast forward to this part of the video, which is really the second half or last third of the video, you can check out what I'm sharing.[00:32:00]
But really, all of this is inside my Learn World's Made Simple online course, which you get access to when you grab your 30 day free trial of Lauren World's. Anyway. So when you are looking at creating your own learning platform, the first thing you really need is a website. Now, you might already have a website for your business.
When I created my first set of e-learning programs years ago, I had a completely separate website for my business. Then used a platform to be my education website, and then I actually tried to connect the two, and that was really the mistake that I made. So what I want you to consider is if you already have a website for your business, great.
That. Is phenomenal. You probably should, and you're also in the same boat [00:33:00] as my client, CoStar Group s and p 500 Company, $2.7 billion of revenue. Every year. They have multiple websites and they have a website for their training portal as well. So that's the first thing is what you could do is use Learn Worlds as the website for your e-learning.
So it's your e-learning or learning experience site, and that's it. It's a separate site and you can easily integrate it into your brand. You can do this a couple different ways. So Learn Roles empowers you to do this on a standalone domain, or you can do it on a subdomain. What are these? Well, a domain name would be something like e-learning partners.com For me, I [00:34:00] actually.
Use my learning software for my primary website and for my education portal so it's all in one. So you can do this as well. Maybe you don't have a website already, or you don't like your website, or you have too many websites. Like my client, Mario with ol, he was in the process of rebranding in a couple websites and other places, and he is like, you know what?
Learn Worlds has the ability for me to bring it all together and have my education portal all in one. I'm just gonna use Learn Worlds. So what he's done is he has a domain name, and the domain name is Sell a Soul. Sell Loose SA Wellbeing for all.com. Same thing here. You could have a completely separate domain name that is [00:35:00] your brand.
You could be, we didn't do this, but CoStar could have done CoStar you.com, CoStar university.com, all these things. Instead, what we did is we did e-learning dot costar.com. That's a subdomain. So your university can use the same branding, use the same domain name that you already have, and we said E-learning, we had university.
You can brand the platform with a name just like my client KM is doing. And once that platform is live, you'll start hearing me talk about what it specifically is called and videos. But until that's live, I am not at liberty to share the name of the platform. But what I am at Liberty to share is, is going to be.
A name, do [00:36:00] kir tx.com. So this is a great way to harness the power of Learn worlds, and you can learn step by step how to create your website in Learn Worlds. How Using My Learn Worlds Made Simple Online course. If you're listening to this as a podcast, just bear with me for a minute or two. Once you log into Learn Worlds, you're gonna see that there is a website tab.
When you click on the website tab, it's going to open up with a lot of different options. Design theme explorer, blog popups, funnel navigation, website settings. Now, the important thing to know here is the theme Explorer, also known as Site Flavors, is what Learn Worlds calls the template for your website.
Site flavor equals template theme, explorer site flavor [00:37:00] template. So if you want to select a site flavor or a template for your website, all you have to do is go here, go through, and there's all these different options, arts and design, coaching, customer education, all the way to fitness, healthcare, and medical and financial.
You can pick a template and start building or your website either as your, just your e-learning or learning experience site, or maybe it's your primary website. Select the template and then you can go into the builder. Once we go into the builder, you're gonna see all the different pages that you are able to edit and customize for your business.
You can also add additional pages. But what I like about Learn Worlds is they have a, all these pages built for us that they know that we may need to use all the way from an about page to the after login, once they log in to the cart, to the cookie policy, to courses, to your [00:38:00] pages, your sales page is promoting your courses, your error page, payment page, privacy, all this stuff they pre-built for you so that you can go in, update it with your branding, update it with your copy, and customize it for your business.
And then you can add additional pages here as well. Very simple. And I go through this in detail in my Learn. Worlds Made Simple Online Course, linked Below, and in the show notes, if you're listening to this as a podcast, number two. Courses and programs and communities. Now, as of right now, when you log into the backend of Learn Worlds, you'll see that community is, is grouped in with some other features.
But really when I look at creating learning experiences, what we're really doing is combining a few different things, and it's usually a course. A community, maybe some group consulting or coaching. And uh, really if you want to create even more [00:39:00] value for your customers, create a certification just like my clients over at CoStar Group have done and what we're doing over at Cash Me.
And don't just create a certification. Create a certification that counts as continuous education for professional development for different professionals in the workplace. When you do this, it becomes training that can fill a requirement, which is a win, win, win, win, win, win. Everyone wins. If the training you create creates value and fulfills a requirement of training that someone already had to take, remember we are creating a program to do one of three things.
For our customers, it's either going to increase adoption of our products, increase retention, so they use our products [00:40:00] longer, or create a new revenue stream. This is what we're looking to do in order to do this when we create any sort of learning experience, what we need to do is make sure that the ROI for our business, which this is it right here, adoption, retention, revenue stream, this is the ROI for our business.
Now, it's part of a bigger mission and vision for your organization to create global impact and to really share what you have with the world. We wanna make sure that this overlaps with the ROI. That our learners want. This is our learner, ROI, and this is our business, ROI, where this overlaps. If you're [00:41:00] listening to this as a podcast, what I've done is I've drawn two circles on the board overlapping and I'm coloring in the space that is overlapped.
The space that is colored in is where your program lives. This is what your program should be about 'cause your learners need to get value out of your program in order to want to take your program, order to take more programs in order to provide the results that you want for your business. Now, the great thing with Learn Worlds is we can achieve this in a variety of different ways, but in order to create adoption and retention, we don't necessarily need to sell a program, and that's why Learn Worlds empowers us to offer programs for free.
We also can offer programs that are paid and that have different payment options. We can have one time payments, we can have payment plans, or you have payments over time. We can [00:42:00] have subscriptions, we can have different subscription levels. This is a new feature. As of this year where you can have tier one, tier two, and tier three and so forth, subscriptions, so different subscription levels get different learning support from you.
So Learn Worlds has the functionality to do all this. Well, depending on what your strategy is, you may need a combination of both. Free and paid My Learn World's Main Simple Online course is free. You could get a 30 day free trial, take the whole course, cancel the free trial, and you took a course for free.
Now, what I'm hoping is that I provide so much value in the free course that once you're done with the free trial, you start paying for the free trial. I'm gonna help even more with additional bonuses, and it's the same thing here. You could provide a free course just like my clients over at Cashmere are doing, where we have free courses for medical providers and free courses for [00:43:00] patients looking at harnessing the power of CBD in their practice and in the patient's lives.
Well, we give this away for free because people need. To know about this, people need to be able to take control of their health and make the most educated decision that serves 'em well. In addition, it allows us to break down some of that friction to adopting the core products at Cashmere. It also creates value for retaining providers, prescribing their core products and, uh, retaining patients using those core products.
So it is extremely valuable to be able to offer free programs and learn roles and powers that on the other end of things, we can offer paid programs that increase adoption, increase retention, and act as a new revenue stream. That's what we've done over at CoStar, and when people [00:44:00] pay, they typically pay more attention and care even more deeply about the content.
So I recommend using a combination of both of these things and when we dive into Learn Worlds here. What you need to do is once you're logged in, you're gonna click on courses and programs. Here's everything you need for courses and programs. If you wanna find where community is, you go under communication.
That's where community lives right now. So when we go to courses and programs, we can set up courses by themselves. We can group courses together into, uh, step by step program. We can add subscriptions for payments, and then once we create our products or our programs, and we can figure out how we wanna bundle 'em together to sell.
And I'll talk about that in just a moment. And we also have. A place where we can get our certificates made. Now you can [00:45:00] sell your own certificates and your own certifications that you are certifying. Now, they may not count as continuous education for professionals. In order to do that, you're gonna need to work with a third party accredited provider that you can partner with to get your courses accredited.
This is what I partner with organizations to help them do when it makes sense for the business objective of the organization. Only when it makes sense. You can get so much value out of serving your customers and using a platform like Learn Worlds without ever touching certifications, certification, just elevates it to the next level.
That's why I sell my e-Learning Simplified Academy certification or certified people how to use my hundred K savings system, where you can implement into your organization the same system I implement with my high-end partnership clients that save multi six figures a year and [00:46:00] millions of dollars over time.
And you get that by investing in eLearn Simplified Academy and earning your e-Learning simplified professional certification. You can't earn the certification without creating at least 10 x the value of what you pay for the program in your business. So here's the certificate center. We can also have question banks.
This is really important. When you're looking at creating a certification, you're gonna want various questions, applied reasoning. I talk about this deeper in other podcast episodes and videos on my YouTube channel of how you wanna structure these things. But really what you're looking at, I actually have a whole episode about why I am selling certifications down, why you should to.
You should check that out. I talk about how you need to actually create your questions and your certification exams in order to create the most value for your customers. But question banks are great because it allows you to randomized questions [00:47:00] for each time your learners, your customers, take your exams.
So that is a great feature that Learn Worlds has. Not every learning management system platform has this. This is a great feature that you get access to when you get Learn Worlds. And yeah, there's this Course Hub piece where you can license courses from other creators that may have already created a course that you might want to provide to your customers, to your learners.
Then we go under communication under community. This is where you can create a very interactive place for your learners to interact with one another. Ask one another questions, ask you questions, can create even more opportunities for learning here. It's also a great place for you to learn about what your learners want to learn, and then you can create better programs and more of a return on investment for your customers, for your learners.
And that brings me to number three B, [00:48:00] two B versus B2C and selling. In this way, learn Worlds empowers both of these things. What we want to do is we wanna set up our Learn Worlds site. If it's your primary site, great. If it's just your site for your education, great. Either way, we wanna set it up where you were selling B2B, which is business to business, also known as B to M, or business to many, or really to really simplify it.
This is you one business. This is to many, hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands. On the other side, we have B2C. This could be looked at as B two I business to individual or to really simplify it one. To one, and that's where it stops. It's powerful to have both of these options and when you have a platform like Learn Worlds, it's easy to [00:49:00] have both of these options.
'cause what Learn Worlds allows you to do is use offers to bundle learning products and create promotions. So maybe a multiple programs that are able to serve a business extremely powerfully. Like my clients over at S Salt, what we've done is we have multiple programs, but there's really two that pair really well together.
And it's our support over suicide program and our Stop the Video program. These two programs are so powerful because support over suicide empowers people, empowers you and I to support others in their mental health journey, to support others who may be feeling down in the dumps depressed. We're able to better identify them and help provide the resources they need to take care of themselves.
On the other side of things is the stop the video training, which empowers you and I to help ourselves while, uh, by pairing both of these together, it is the perfect bundle of courses for an [00:50:00] organization to invest in. To help their employees be even more effective and efficient at their jobs because instead of losing about 10% of the year due to mental health days, when an environment has been created, where people are serving one another, supporting one another, when people have the resources they need to handle these different things, then we have more productive teams.
We also have happier teams. We have teams that care more about you and your organization. So these are paired together. These are bundled together and sold as an offer, and they're sold as bulk because an organization may wanna buy a hundred or a thousand licenses, one to many, B2B, B to many. On the other hand, we have also set things up and Lauren Roads empowers us where maybe you purchase a program and then you wanna purchase a program for someone else while you're able to gift it.
To them as well. [00:51:00] One thing we do at Sell Us All is our goal is to start by serving people in the business space, but we want these people to also serve their families. We want them to be able to invest in these trainings for their families. So it's a really easy way for us to empower people to be able to buy gifts for their loved ones very easily.
And you can also set up custom deals, licensing your product in bulk. You might have specific price points where, hey, if someone buys a hundred licenses that get a 10% discount, someone buys a thousand licenses, I get 20. And if it's 10,000, we'll give them 25%. Well, you can set this up, or you can set up a custom deal and maybe you're like, my client's over at CoStar where.
Depending on the country that purchases their programs, because [00:52:00] the currency in that country may be less valuable than other countries, and it may be a poorer country. They have specific pricing that they're able to give to these different countries. So you may have specific deals where you want to.
Offer custom pricing and you wanna bundle X amount of programs together or multiple programs together, and put a custom pricing deal together to serve your customers in a more personalized way. Learn Worlds offers that. And we also have a cart and checkout flow that empowers our customers to purchase more than one program at once.
Learn Worlds does all of this, and I actually have another podcast episode and video that goes deep into these really amazing, newer offerings of Learn worlds that really empower you and I to serve our clients even more powerfully than we were doing before. So I highly recommend you check that out.
Well, before we move on to [00:53:00] the next piece, I do wanna show you where this lives in Learn Worlds. What you wanna do is go under e-commerce, and this is where you're gonna find offers. Gifts, licenses, custom deals, payments, plans, et cetera. Now, when we're talking about payments, we can go to settings, we can go to financial, and this is where we can choose our currency.
We can go to our payment gateway here and we can choose what we want to use. Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, and. We also have sandbox mode where you can test different things as well. This is where you can connect your payment centers that you already have that already connect to your accounting books. So instead of reinventing the wheel, you can easily connect into what you already have.
But let's go back under e-commerce, this is where we can create offers. Offers are where we can bundle multiple products together, and we can have a [00:54:00] specific price point for each bundle. Gifts is where we set this up so you can purchase for someone else, and you can use this to purchase as a gift, or you can set this up even.
Maybe you wanna purchase 10 licenses for your team and you're in there to purchase and you wanna purchase one for yourself, and then nine more for your team, or 10 more for your team. You can do all that in one transaction. You go to licenses. This is where you can go in. And Lauren Road will walk you through how to automate your B2B core sales, exactly what we're talking about here by selling multiple licenses.
Here's custom deals where we can really customize, we can create our custom deals, basically adding what we want to the deal into a custom payment page and send that to our customer. And then we have payments. So this is where all of our reporting data is. We have different plans, then we have payments and plans where our.
[00:55:00] Reporting data is, and then we have cart and checkout flow, which basically you activate the cart and then your customers can purchase multiple products at once. Very powerful point of sale technology for you to use to be able to serve your customers. B2B and B2C. And number four, email. Now, email has changed over the years.
For Learn Worlds, and this is really important to note because when you're looking at an externally facing learning technology to empower you and your business to serve your customers, you're gonna need some email support. And what I mean by that is that when someone purchases a program from you, they're gonna need some guidance on how to get access to that program.
Well, this is where the email component comes into play. When someone purchases you're gonna want is known as an onboarding email [00:56:00] sequence or some onboarding emails. This delivers what they've purchased. This gives instructions of how to get access to your client's team members if they've purchased in bulk.
So we need to give them that information. You're also gonna want sales emails. Which can really be broken into two categories. We have evergreen sequences and then we have nurture sequences. At least this is what I call 'em, and evergreen sequence is gonna be. Automated sequence where let's say someone purchases a program, well, you can upsell them to another program using an evergreen sequence that automatically tells 'em that there's a next step that they can invest in.
That's what I do. I have multiple steps in my business. I have my system that you can [00:57:00] buy. I have my group consulting you can buy. I have my one-on-one consulting you can buy, and then I have my one-on-one partnership program that you can buy where we actually partner together and we become your e-learning department doing all the things that your business needs to achieve your global impact goals.
This is how it works. You have evergreen sequences that when someone takes you up on your free products, when you take me up on the free trial, I'm able to give you a Learn Worlds. In the free course, I can give you my Learn Worlds Made Simple online course. I'm gonna put you into both an onboarding sequence so you know how to access the course and get all your bonuses.
I'm also gonna put you into a sales sequence that tells you, Hey, if you found this valuable, you may find this valuable. So evergreen sequences, nurture sequences. Now, let's say you already have something like HubSpot set up. Well, a benefit. Of learn roles is you can in, you can integrate with email marketing software you already have.
So if you already have HubSpot or let's look what our other [00:58:00] options are. So if we go into learn roles, I go under settings, go into integrations. There's a lot of different things here. So if I go to CRM Tools, this is where we can integrate with HubSpot Activate log into our HubSpot account Connected, and then we just decide how we want Learn Roads in HubSpot to talk to one another.
We can also, let's go back, go under communication and go to email integrations. We can integrate with MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, and whatever the heck the rest of these are constant contact. I don't really know what any of these other ones are, but if you already have one of these and you want to just connect, learn rules to what you already have.
Then that's a great option for you. What I find is a lot of my clients figure out that they may be using one of these other softwares and they're not using it very much. And what Learn World is able to provide is really all that they need. So they're able to save the money that [00:59:00] they were spending on these other softwares and just use what Learn Worlds has.
So if we go into Learn Worlds. We can go to mass emails under communication, and this is where you can create emails. This would be more like nurture emails that you can send to anyone who's a Learn World student. Well, guess what? If someone takes you up on their, your free program, which could be your free lead magnet, or it's just your free program, you give access to people so that they could get more value out of your core products and services.
Either way, once they're a free customer, they are a student of yours, which means you can contact them via email, which could be a nurturing email. It could also be putting them into an evergreen sales sequence. So this is where you can send mass emails to your audience and then you can schedule when they're gonna happen, send 'em immediately, or schedule automatically go on specific date and time.
The other thing is we have push [01:00:00] notifications. And if you go down to push notifications, this is where Learn Worlds has an app that you can use. I'm not really gonna talk about this on this podcast episode or show you what this is in the video, but basically, if this serves you and your business, it's really easy to set up a white labeled app that's your app, your branding, all the things.
Using Lauren Rolls, it is gonna cost you a little bit more. It's gonna cost you a lot less than designing your own custom app from scratch. And when I say a lot less, I'm talking about hundreds of dollars per month instead of tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars to create just an MVP.
So we go to school emails next, and these are emails that are automatically created and sent. These would be evergreen sequences or evergreen emails that are sent, and they may not even be sales emails. These could be evergreen onboarding emails. The point is, these are emails that are automatically sent when something happens.
You can see community [01:01:00] emails, completion emails, purchase and refund emails, enrollment emails, login, payment plan, all. And, and it keeps going on and on and on and on. License and gift emails, and you get to decide which ones of these are active and inactive. This is a great way to serve your students even deeper.
So between the school emails and the mass emails, you may have everything you need to serve your customers, to serve your learners with onboarding emails and sales emails for your business. If not, and if you already have an email marketing provider, you can connect that provider to learn worlds and make amazing things happen as well.
And number five, ai. AI is a very interesting topic. And really what I've learned over the past few years, using the heck out of AI and serving my clients powerfully with ai. 'cause I think AI is an [01:02:00] amazing tool and it really empowers you, empowers your teams to be more efficient, not necessarily effective at their jobs.
Gotta make sure you're doing the right things first, and then we can integrate AI to be more efficient. Remember, we have effectiveness first, which is doing the right things. Ai don't always know what that is. AI is extremely good though at efficiency. So once we're doing the right things, doing things right, I'm not saying that AI does things right all the time.
I'm just saying that once you know what the right things are, AI can help you do them more efficiently. And that's really where we learn. World shines and there's so many different things. I have so many different things written down for Learn Worlds and AI capabilities. I'll just [01:03:00] list a few of 'em here.
AI powered course titles and descriptions. You can generate compelling course titles and descriptions effortlessly in the course Wizard and general course tab, really simple. You go in, we go under courses and programs, go to courses, and I create a new course. We're gonna name it, add a description, continue, continue.
It's going through this quick. You select what kind of course is it coming soon, free paid, private draft, continue. And then we open up. The Ai AI wizard where you can create your course from scratch by yourself or start building with ai. Then you go through the wizard, talk about what your course is about, what you want a part of it, number of sections, number of activities, topics, instructional approach to find and detail the context, specify course, love, all the stuff, and then it'll generate a course outline for you, generate what it thinks you should [01:04:00] name your course, your modules, how your modules should be laid out.
Pretty cool. I've seen better wizards though, like the other platform I work with that serves customers externally. It's actually a platform I use for my business is Kajabi. I think Kajabi's AI powered course, title and description wizard is a little bit better now. Learn World is better at other things, but that's one thing that Kajabi is better at.
The cool thing is you can use. The AI capabilities of learn roles to help support you with SEO, suggestions and optimization for course. Auto descriptions, keywords for better search visibility. And really you can do that by using the AI capabilities when we're directly inside our courses and inside the website.
Then we go to the AI assistant and here are [01:05:00] all the options that you have with your AI assistant while building your courses. But the piece, the no brainer that Learn Worlds, I am extremely impressed with is the AI feedback for exam questions. This is great. So when we go back into our courses and programs.
We have our grade book where we can edit scores and kinda give feedback to our learners. We have our question. Banks create your first question bank. Well, what you can do once you have a question bank, once you have your assessments built out, so if I go into a course, just open up this microlearning 1 0 1 course I created as a [01:06:00] demo course.
I go add activity and I can add a self-assessment. Or we're just gonna add an exam, go a text assignment, here's the exam, save and edit what we can do. Is set things up where when we have a exam or a question that is written, so a written question, we can set it up to auto grade it with AI and give your learners feedback and also set it up where when your learners are interacting with your program, they can ask questions using the AI guided dialogue question feature, all of this, you are gonna need to have a paid version of learn roles to [01:07:00] access.
These are features that aren't groundbreaking on their own, but they're groundbreaking from the standpoint of their native to a very value-based learning management system. Learn worlds instead of having to integrate a third party application to provide AI feedback in this way, which is what you have to do with most other systems, including Kajabi.
What Learn Worlds has done is really focused on the learner experience side when it comes to implementing ai. I've seen other systems do it better on the admin side. Where on Talent lms, you can create amazing courses using AI natively in the platform. Now, talent LMS is also just an internally focused on your management system, so not for our purposes here.
Talent LMS and Talent Cards, both internal systems have really focused on that side of harnessing ai. Kajabi has also worked on that side, creating an AI bot within Kajabi called [01:08:00] Co-Founder to support you and I in our backend activities of building things out in Kajabi, learn Worlds. On the other hand, while those pieces are integrated, they're not as good as their competitors.
They, what they have that these other companies don't have is the AI feedback mechanisms that really are built to serve the, our customers, our learners, to give them feedback on what they've learned, have an open dialogue on what they've learned, and, uh, from our perspective, you and I and our teams, it makes it easier for.
Questions that aren't a multiple choice based question can easily grade it for you and provide feedback to your learners. The pricing of Learn rolls hasn't really changed much in the past year. Then depending on when you're watching this, the pricing may be different as well than what I'm showing on my screen.
Biggest thing for you to know is you can either pay monthly or yearly. When you pay yearly, you're gonna [01:09:00] save up to 20%, and if you need a high volume and corporate package, where the Learning Center package, which is the package that most of my clients find themselves on, you can get an even more customized version of Learn Worlds to serve you and your organization's needs.
The great thing about Learn Worlds though, is the starter is extremely affordable. Now, it doesn't do a lot, so you're probably gonna find yourself in the pro trainer at. At the very least. And then, uh, really because of all of the amazing bulk purchase options, AI options reporting, S-S-O-A-P-I integrations, all these third party integrations that you can do, you may end up finding yourself in the Learning Center, which $300 per month or $3,000 for the year is nothing.
When you look at the value that we've really talked about today, it really should be 10 times that [01:10:00] price. But you get it for free. For the first 30 days, you get my Learn World's Made Simple online course to get everything up and running. Then you start paying for Learn World and you get some more bonuses from me.
And most importantly, you get to create the global impact that your business is seeking. I'll see you in the next episode.
