[00:00:00] Learning Transformed is brought to you by E-Learning Partners, your guide to designing transformational learning experiences in the age of ai. For millennia human intelligence was the highest form of intelligence on earth. Until now. Hi, I'm ai. I can process more information in seconds than any human in a lifetime.
This shift raises not only practical questions about the future of learning, but existential ones about the meaning of human life, growth and evolution
on this podcast hosted by me. Johnny Ha. We navigate these questions with clarity, creativity, and confidence. As the most adaptable species on the planet, we cannot only survive the rise of [00:01:00] artificial intelligence, but create better human centered, AI powered learning experiences that elevate humanity to a new era of abundance, transformation and meaning
AI is rising. And so are we
Now, let's dive in.
Along with running both of my businesses, e-learning partners, and athlete with asthma using Kajabi. As we're recording this video and podcast episode, I have more than 40 clients around the globe using Kajabi as their platform of choice, not only for their online courses and learning experiences used to run and scale their learning businesses.
Ranging from startups to [00:02:00] $2.7 billion per year. Enterprises these businesses together. With Kajabi's help, we are empowering them to change the world with learning. Today on the show, I'm gonna help you figure out if Kajabi is the right platform to empower you and your business to create global impact and change the world as well.
Let's start. With a very simple question. First thing that I ask my consulting clients when we start working together is, what is the primary purpose of the learning experiences, the online courses, the e-learning programs that you are creating in your company? So I ask you. The same question right now.
Are you creating a primarily external or internal learning experience program? Now, let's define these a [00:03:00] little further. External means that you are creating programs that are serving your customers. On the other hand, internal means you're serving your team members. Now your programs can do both, and I highly recommend that long term you do create programs and you harness the power of learning on an external and an internal perspective.
But when we're looking at choosing the right system to empower our businesses, when you and I. Need to select one system. We need to look at the primary goal and if you are considering Kajabi as your LMS, your business management system, 'cause it goes far beyond just being a learning management system and really empower you to run your entire business on and offline.
You are looking at primarily having an. Externally focused learning [00:04:00] management system, business management system platform. So here is how a few of my clients go about this. To start, when you're looking at serving your customers or on the external side of the equation, right now we are looking at serving our customers in two ways.
Number one, educating them. On our current. Products slash services. This is what me and my long-term client CoStar are doing together. A CoStar group is a $2.7 billion a year s and p 500 company serving real. State commercial real estate professionals around the world with the most powerful data analytics related to commercial real estate properties.
Well, in order to get this [00:05:00] information into their customer's hands or onto their phones and computers as they sell a product, a SaaS product. Access to all of this data? Well, in order to increase the adoption, 'cause that's what we're doing here. When we educate our customers, what we are doing, when you're looking for a learning management system, you're looking for a system that can help you increase the adoption and the retention.
Of your current customers, what you're basically doing is you're saying, I want more customers on my core product. And I want to retain them on that product longer. I want them to continue to use my product longer. Well, this is why we partnered with CoStar group, was to take what they were already doing and bring it onto a platform that together [00:06:00] by customizing the platform for them using Kajabi, we have created a learning experience strategy that is saving them multi six figures per year.
While driving even more global adoption and retention for their core services. Now, the second thing that you could be doing if you are serving your customers is selling your learning experiences. Online courses, e-learning programs, whatever you want to call this, but learning experience is really what you're building.
Uh. Because what you're doing is you're creating a payoff for your customer. The payoff is what are they getting by investing in this thing that you are providing for them? Well, if this is what you are doing, then really you're probably doing this in one or two ways. And [00:07:00] if you're not doing it in both of these ways, and even more so.
Second way that I'm gonna talk about right now, then I highly recommend and invite you to see how this would apply to your business. When you're looking at selling your learning experiences, you're most likely selling B2C or B to i, business to individual. You're the business you're serving an individual, or be to be business.
To business. And really, I invite you to do both of these things and Kajabi empowers you to do both of these things. So what does this mean? This means that you're not just selling your learning experience programs that you're able to create in Kajabi, to a solopreneur, to a solo customer, whoever you are serving, whoever your customer is, you're not just selling.
To one person, you're also selling B2B to many people, or I like to look at this [00:08:00] as B to many or a lot of many. Now what you can do is you can package your learning experiences and serve large enterprises. You can do what my coaching client Mario is doing, where he's taken his B2C business to individual courses, stop the video and support over suicide.
And instead of just selling these one-to-one, he is now selling these in packages of 10, a hundred, 1,002 companies where it go in and purchase X amount of licenses. All automatically through the platform, and then they're able to give those licenses to their team members and certify them on these various mental health skills, which in Australia, his programs are CPD certified, which means that professionals in Australia get continuous professional development credits by taking these programs.
[00:09:00] So he is not only. Working to half the world suicide, right? In the next three years of this programs, he's also giving these professionals a way to fulfill their CPD training hours in a very thoughtful, impactful way. This is what I invite you to do as well when you're. Thinking about serving businesses, how can you create ROI for the business?
I talk about that even deeper in other videos and episodes on my podcast. So this is the external environment that you and I are operating in. When we are looking at using Ka javita on our business, this is why I use Kajabi to run both of my businesses because I am doing both of these things. I'm educating.
Clients, I'm educating you in order to get more out of the softwares or products that I resell. That's what I'm doing right now. I am literally doing this right now. I [00:10:00] resell Kajabi. I highly believe in Kajabi. I have 40 clients currently using Kajabi to run their businesses, ranging from startups to $2.7 billion a year enterprises, and for you to be successful using Kajabi, I'm educating you right now, and that's why I also have my Kajabi made simple online course, which I have.
Built within Kajabi, you can grab your 30 day free trial of Kajabi, which is an extended free trial that I'm able to give you and access to my Kajabi Made Simple online course linked in description below. If you're watching this on YouTube and linked in the show notes, if you are listening to this as a podcast, what you're gonna do is you're gonna be able to, within the free trial.
Step by step, have my playbook, how to get everything your business needs up and running. So by the time your free trial is over, when you start paying for hijab, you're already gonna be getting a return on your investment. That's why I do this [00:11:00] educating you. On a product that I resell, same thing. I sell my own learning experience, e-learning Simplified Academy.
This is not only my a hundred K proven system that empowers businesses like you to save six figures per year on your e-learning and learning experience initiatives. I guarantee that if you don't get 10 X your investment in return, then I'll give you a full refund. For that learning experience and I sell it as a product.
Maybe you're doing one of these things, or maybe you're on the other side of the board here, internal. Team members, you're serving team members. Well, if you're serving team members, you could still use Kajabi, but I highly recommend that if this is all you're doing, then Kajabi is not the right platform for you.
And if you want help figuring out what the right platform is for you, I have my free [00:12:00] e-learning. Form Finder. It is linked in the show notes and in the description below. If you're watching this on YouTube, in a matter of seconds, I'm going to pair you with the right E-learning platform to serve you and your business and your ROI goals.
So if this is your focus. Internally training. Training your team members then, and this is all you're gonna be using it for. I highly recommend that you go check out my platform Finder. Once you get matched with the correct platform. I'm also gonna give you access to a course. I'm gonna educate you how to get the most value out of the platform you're matched.
So I highly recommend that you go there and check out one of my other reviews on talent, LMS and talent cards to see how you can get the most ROI out of those platforms to serve your internal training needs. But when we're looking at internal training, we're basically looking at two things as well.
We're looking at increasing the [00:13:00] effectiveness. Of our employees, which is effectiveness is pretty simple. It's doing. The right things. We wanna make sure that our employees, our team members, are doing the right things to support the ROI goals of our businesses to get the results that you and your business are looking for.
The second thing is, once we empower our team members to be more effective at their job, then we wanna look at making them more efficient as well, which means doing things. Right. You can do the right things and not do them right. When you bring both of these things together, you're able to grow your business without having to grow your team.
So if you wanna harness the power of both of these, maybe when you first started watching this video and listening to this podcast, you. Only had the idea of I'm gonna sell learning experiences, but now you're [00:14:00] like, oh, I can use this to educate my clients on what I'm already doing so that they stay longer and that more people get more out of my products.
So you may actually be able to increase your sales on your core products and services. Great. You can also sell that learning experience and you can use those same trainings or create additional trainings, additional learning experience programs to serve your team members as well. This is what I do. I use it internally and externally.
I use it primarily to serve my customers, but since I have. I also use it internally to serve my team members and so do my other clients. This is exactly what we've set up with CoStar Group. We use it to educate our customers. We use it to sell a certification to make some income, and we are also using that same training to educate our team members.
Now back in 2024, I went through and did a [00:15:00] very comprehensive review. Of Kajabi with step-by-step tutorials, and I'll link to that video in the show notes and in the YouTube description below. In addition, in 2025, I launched my Kajabi Made Simple Online course, which you get when you sign up for a 30 day free trial of Kajabi.
Also linked in the show notes and in the video description below. So for today, I really am just gonna focus on the top five things. That Kajabi has to offer to powerfully serve you and your business. Now, our goal at E-Learning Partners is to serve a hundred million people worldwide by empowering businesses like you, like yours.
To use learning to change the world. Maybe Kajabi could be the platform to empower you to do this and to help us at e-Learning partners on our journey to serve a hundred million people. Well, the first thing to [00:16:00] consider when we're looking at Kajabi is what do you need Kajabi for? I know that's a very broad question, but when I work with clients when we're first looking at Kajabi, Kajabi is set up really well to help you create a website.
Now, it's not just to create a website, but you can use Kajabi to create a website, and you can do it a couple different ways, and I'll open up Kajabi here in a second For those of you watching on YouTube to show you a little bit, don't worry, podcast listeners, it's still gonna be valuable for you to hear as well.
When we're looking at a website, you can do it in two ways. You can use Kajabi as your primary website for your business. This is what I do for both of my businesses for e-learning partners and athlete with asthma. I'll show you what that looks like, but maybe you already have a beautiful website for your business.
Maybe you have a website that's very comprehensive, like my clients over at CoStar Group where have [00:17:00] multiple. Websites that serve the business. Different product lines, different service lines within CoStar Group, and there's different portals for the SaaS product to access all of this commercial real estate data.
In that case, you can also use Kajabi. Solely as your education website or your e-learning website. That's what we call it with CoStar e-learning dot costar.com, so it can even live on your primary domain name. Where you already have a domain name for me, it's e-learning partners.com From other businesses to athlete with asthma.com.
For CoStar, it's costar.com. Well, well, so you don't have to get another domain name and think about all these things unless you want to. 'cause you can always get another domain name and brand it a different way and all this stuff. But you can also do what CoStar has done. E-learning [00:18:00] dot costar.com. You could also have a completely different domain name.
You don't have to use a subdomain. This is called a subdomain. You could have a domain name as well where you don't have this dot where I guess we could say, let's say the E-learning partners.
Dot com was just my education website. It's not, it's my primary website for everything. But the point is, these are the two ways that you can harness the website features within Kajabi to serve you and your business. So let's jump in and look at this real quick. So once you sign up for that free trial of Kajabi and you get access to Kajabi made Simple, I'm gonna.
Go through step by step how to create your website. If it's your primary website or it's your education or e-learning website, or your learning experience website, whatever it is, [00:19:00] this training is gonna help you. Kajabi made Simple is gonna help you, but here's where we need to go. Once we log into Kajabi, you'll see something depending on when you're doing this right now, Kajabi just launched this.
Amazing AI update called Co-Founder, which we're gonna talk about later in this video and episode. So that's what really shows up right away. What you see over here on the left, there's a lot of different options. Product sales, website marketing, context analytics. Now they change stuff here and there, but let's go down to website.
And once you click on website, we can go under design. And this is really where. You can pick your website template. There's a lot of different templates to go through. We click on browse templates. We select a template. Once you find a template you like, you can even buy templates elsewhere and upload them here.
This is your first time creating a, either a primary website or an education website for your business. I would just use what they have. Once you choose it, [00:20:00] we click add to save templates, and then. You go back to design and we set the templates as the live template. See how I can set the live here? Simple button, really easy to do.
Now, once you have gone into the website section in Kajabi, you're gonna see website pages, landing pages, navigation, and blog. This is how you can set up how you want to navigate. For your website. If it's your primary website, then you're probably gonna want a homepage that not only talks about your education products, but also about the products and services that you offer.
I like to set up my websites regardless if you're using a primary website or you're using the website. For your university, for your education platform. I like to set it up like this. Now, my website probably looks completely different than what you're seeing here 'cause we are in the middle of rebranding, e-learning partners, new logo, new colors, new photos, everything.
We're elevating the brand even [00:21:00] more so we can serve you even more powerfully. This is what I'm talking about, the top of my website here. You see that I have a very valuable. Gift. Now when you're watching this, it may be switched from a free gift to a highly valuable paid consulting program that's very easily accessible for you to join.
But as you go through, you can go to my website, e-learning partners.com, and look how I have used Kajabi as my primary website. On the other hand, CoStar group, we are using Kajabi as the. Education or e-learning website. You can see here e-learning dot CoStar group.com. And this website is fully dedicated to the academic engagement team over at CoStar.
Same thing. Go to e-learning dot costar.com and go through how we have created this website. This is all using Kajabi well when we get in the back end. I talk about this much deeper [00:22:00] in my Kajabi Made simple online course. The basics are you have website pages and landing pages. There's a couple other options here too.
I don't find myself using them that very often. Website pages and landing pages are your main pages. Website pages are going to automatically have your top navigation bar embedded into the pages, so it is this uniform top nf, as you can see on the e-learning partners end. CoStar group websites where we have about programs, free trainings and trials.
Podcast blog, free platform finder login. If you go to CoStar, we have home certifications, CoStar subscription requests about our team and log in. That is what I mean by menu. If we go to landing pages, landing pages give you a little more control and customization over the individual page. Really, there's still.
The same as website pages, except you don't have to have the top navigation bar, which I like [00:23:00] to take off when I'm sending people to a page where I want them to make a decision, a purchase decision, or a fill out this form decision so that you're not distracted by other places to go Next, we have navigation.
This is where you set that top menu. You can set that footer menu, any other menus. You wanna set up your menu for customers who are logged in your menu. For customers who aren't logged in yet. Then you have your blog and set up a blog as well. For me and my businesses, every single one of my videos and podcast episodes becomes a blog post, and that's another great thing about Kaja.
Is that you can under products go and set up a podcast. There's a lot of other things you can do under products too. And that is what we're gonna talk about next. So now that you have your website set up, the next thing I talk about in detail and Kajabi made simple step by step how to do. Is how to create your products.
Now, products within Kajabi can range from [00:24:00] courses to communities, which really. You want to pair a couple of these together in order to create the most powerful learning experience for your customers, for your learners, and instead of coaching, or even though it's called coaching, you can use it for consulting.
And podcasts, and there's also downloads. So some of my clients use this to give access to high value PDFs to their learners. You can use this to give access in bulk to a bunch of downloads all at once, or maybe you just have one or two. The last thing right now is we have newsletters, so just. A bunch of different product options that you [00:25:00] and your business can use.
Now, I go through these in detail, how to use 'em in my course, but I wanna go through what we've already talked about today. If you are looking to you use the products within Kajabi Harness, the Power of Kajabi to first. Educate, and second, to sell your learning experiences as a new revenue stream, then we need a harness.
A combination of these products and what Kajabi calls offers to set things up to most powerfully serve our clients. Now, let's say they're using Kajabi to educate your customers to drive adoption. Get more people using your products, using your services and retention, getting more people to use your products and services longer.
Let's say that [00:26:00] this is why you have chosen Kajabi as the platform for you in your business. Well, what Kajabi allows you to do is you can do this in a couple different ways. You can do this with free. And paid products. What I have here, so we go back over to Kajabi and let's go actually to my website. So when I go under free trainings and trials, I, as of recording this, have four free courses that I give business owners like you access to, to.
Get started on the platform that's best for you. So right now we're talking about Kajabi. So since we're talking about Kajabi right now, I can go over to Kajabi Made Simple. The whole purpose of this program, this is free. So I've created a free program that you get access to. Well, yes, I'm being very nice giving this to you, but the business [00:27:00] decision to do this, the ROI, the ROI for me and E-learning partners, is that if you have what you need to get everything up and running successfully on Kajabi so that you can serve your learners, then you're probably gonna keep paying for Kajabi and I get a percentage of what you pay Kajabi.
In addition, if I've powerfully served you, which everyone who has gone through Kajabi, made Simple, has told me, has shared with me that just by using this course, they've been able to get their business off the ground. They've been able to set up their education website for their courses to powerfully serve their learners, powerfully serve their customer well, if I've served you powerfully here.
Then you may wanna work further with me. You may want to check out other services I have. So in my consulting, you may want access to my e-learning Sym [00:28:00] Fight Academy, a hundred K proven system. You may want to work with me in one of my group coaching programs. You may wanna work with me one-on-one. You may want to directly partner with me and e-learning partners so we can be.
Your learning experience department of your company? Well, the only way this works is if the ROI that I am providing for you in this free or in a paid program. I don't have a paid program, but CoStar Group has multiple paid programs where commercial real estate professionals can go to CoStar, learn how to get the most.
Out of the CoStar product, get certified in using the product, they pay for the product, then they can provide even more value in their businesses. They may even tell other people about it, and when they tell other people about the certification, I got. They're not only driving certification [00:29:00] revenue, they're also potentially bringing more customers for the core product.
Well, Kajabi empowers us to do this in both these ways, either setting up a free or a paid program to help you educate and serve your customers. So what we wanna do is go into Kajabi. You can go to all products, you can go to just courses and click on new product. And this is where you can decide what product you want to create.
I already went through all these course podcasts, community coaching newsletter, download. Now my podcast is also a free podcast. You can technically create a paid podcast and Kajabi once you choose this. And by the way, you most likely wanna bundle a couple of these things together so you can create a course as a product and a community as a product.
And then what we do. Is we have a course. We have a community, so these are both products in Kajabi, and then we can bundle these together with what Kajabi calls an [00:30:00] offer. And the offer is what we sell. And when someone, when our customer buys the offer or they fill out a form of free form to get access to the offer, then automatically in the back end of Kajabi, we give access to that course.
And that community and whatever other products you want to give access to, because remember, the offer isn't the course. The offer isn't the community. The offer is the payoff or the result that you are telling your customer they're going to get by working with you by. Taking you up on this offer. So for Kajabi Made Simple, the result is I'm simplifying Kajabi for you, and I'm setting you up for success with my simple step-by-step process to get you and your business set up on Kajabi from scratch.
First, gonna click through a bit. What do you want to create? Course Click Get started. Gonna ask me, are we creating an evergreen course? That means, is it always available? Are we creating a course that's in cohorts? Maybe you [00:31:00] sell a course that starts every quarter. Well, you can set that up here and Kajabi's gonna give you access to the features that you need to add in order to deliver.
The cohort or the evergreen course. Then go to next course, title, brief description. This next part we'll talk about even deeper when we get to the AI part of Kajabi, but this is, use this info to generate content, additional resources I always choose. Yes. 'cause when we do that, a bunch of other stuff happens, and I'll do it right now so that when we get to the AI part of all of this, so I'm coming up with a title, master e-Learning, ROI, and then brief description, learn how to align.
The return on investment that your customers slash learners are getting by taking your learner experience [00:32:00] with the return on investment you and your company are looking to get by creating the Learning Experience program. Click next and a bunch of cool AI things happen. You can change the branding here.
I can also do it later, and there it goes. Now we've created the product, but we haven't decided if it's gonna be a free or a paid product yet. That's where we go under sales. We go to offers and we create. Offer. What we can do is we go to new offer and, uh, give it an offer title, and then we select a product.
So let's see if our new product, ah, it's set as a draft. So it's not here, but this is where you pick the products. So this is where you can have a course, a community, you can have a coaching program, a newsletter, all these things, and you can bundle 'em together under that offer. And as you click through, you'll see that you can choose free.
Paid and there's different paid options. You can do [00:33:00] a one-time payment, you can do a payment plan, you can do a subscription, and this can easily connect with the payment processing options you and your business is already using. Now, Kajabi actually has their own native payment processing capabilities as well.
So if you don't already have payment processing, Kajabi has it, and I'll talk about that a little bit deeper when we get to third party integrations. But this is how you can use Kajabi to educate your customers to drive that. Adoption and retention. You can also use Kajabi to make a new revenue stream, and in that case you're gonna be using paid offers.
And this is the same process we just went through. Number three, we're talking about sales B2B versus B2C sales. Now, we've gone through this a little bit already. When we're looking at selling our programs, we wanna set both of these things up, and Kajabi empowers us to do this. I [00:34:00] like to talk about B2B first because I feel like when we.
Think about, or at least when I first got into selling online courses, I really only thought about it as B2C or Business to consumer, or even more so business to individual. One buyer. This is one buyer on the other side here when we're looking at B2B, this is business. It's a business when you start serving enterprise level businesses, or even, it doesn't have to be enterprise level, it can be just medium sized business.
Now we're talking about many. Especially if you're like my client, CoStar, where we are serving many students, many professors, many professionals that work at businesses [00:35:00] or that attend universities that work for universities. This many can be hundreds if not thousands in the same transaction. So think about it.
Would you rather one person purchase your learning experience in one transaction, or would you like many people purchasing in one transaction or it might just be one purchaser, but they're purchasing for many because you have a product that can provide value for an entire department at a company. You have a product that can provide value to an entire class at a university.
That is where the power of B2B is, or selling to many, and this is why Kajabi has set their platform up, how it is when we go. To E-learning dot costar.com. We have a lot of different options here, and I'm showing you the front end of [00:36:00] how this looks, what the purchase experience for the customer is, and then I'll show you how we make these adjustments in the back end.
So when I go to the chia, which is the flagship product that CoStar provides for. Students, professors and professionals. Industry professionals. As of record, in this video and episode, we have three different purchase paths here. That's how we set it up. 'cause we have different pricing for each purchase path as well.
So maybe you want to sell your programs at a different rate to college students. So that they have access to this amazing knowledge. And really there's only two reasons why I would ever recommend to discount your product. Number one is selling to students, and number two is selling your product in different countries and developing countries.
You can create impact in these countries by serving these. People [00:37:00] by giving them a price point which they can afford. It's the only time I would ever look at discounting your courses. Otherwise, I am a huge believer in high ticket price, high pricing, value-based pricing. What's the payoff that you are creating for your learner, for your customer?
And, and divide that by 10. So if you create a hundred thousand dollars of income. Or savings for that customer divided it by 10, and that's how much your program should be. That's why my program, eLearn to Fight Academy is priced. Where it is and why. I have a guarantee that if you don't get the 10 x return that I say you will in the program, then I'm gonna refund you the purchase price of the program.
So let's look at professional, just to keep this simple. Go to professional. We have two different programs. We have one that's just an online course and exam. We have another one that's instructor led workshops and online course and exam. And this is all created in Kajabi. So what we did here is we took [00:38:00] community.
Which within the Kajabi communities, we have something called Meetups, where you can use a meetup as a video. Call a coaching, call a consulting call, a workshop, a live workshop. And we package that with access to a course and access to a certification exam. So let's say we go this route, we have to pick our workshop date, then we get taken to this offer.
And let's say that I wanna buy 25 licenses, which depending on what time of year it is, we'll have. Universities buy 150 to 200 licenses for their students. We'll have a university like Cornell come in and buy a hundred or 200 licenses for their students. We'll have a company like Marriott come in and buy 20 to 25 licenses for one of their teams.
Well, this is how they can easily do it. Then on the back end, we just give access to the 20, or in this case, 25 [00:39:00] licenses that have been purchased. We grant access via email. So let's look at Kajabi. Now what we wanna do is go back under sales and go to offers, and this is where we are able to set up an offer and let's just say we're creating a bulk purchase offer.
I would never really name something this, but we are using this as an example. I'll just give access to these top three products. Go next. Next. So you are gonna select onetime payment, payment plan subscriptions. Where free comes in, we'll do onetime payment. We're gonna say it's gonna be $10,000 and you can let customers pay what they want.
If you want, and I'm gonna use Kajabi payments. Kajabi Payments allows Apple Pay, Google Pay, and even some financing options. It has to be a specific price point. To do so. Afterpay requires less than $4,000 and Klarna has a higher requirement, obviously 'cause it's allowing me to do it. Go next. Now, in order to discount your products, you can do it a couple different ways in [00:40:00] Kajabi.
What we've done at CoStar is we have specific offers built for students, for professors. And for industry professionals, and we set a different price point per offer and we connect the same products, but it's a different price point for each offer when we're discounting for developing nations. So we don't have to create a new offer for each nation.
We have a coupon code that we've created in Kajabi that applies to all these offers that gives that discount. So we go and save and finish, and here's our offer. What we can do is go into pricing, and this is where we can enable the quantity selector. And this allows our customers to select how many of this offer they wanna buy.
Really cool. You can also have quantity limits and set a time limit if you want. So if you're selling a coaching package or consulting package where you only have a certain number of seats, you can automatically set a limit here. Go save. It's also gonna create a checkout page for you. I take you [00:41:00] through step by step how to do all this in my Kajabi Made simple online course.
Now, the other thing I like to do on the offers page is there's a section that has automations. This is where I like to add onboarding email sequences, which we have under marketing. Go to email campaigns, and this is one of my favorite parts about Kajabi. This really brings me to the fourth. Reason why Kajabi is so powerful for serving you and your business and ultimately your customers is.
Email and specifically email marketing and, uh, in Kajabi, there are a couple ways you can do this. You can use something called email campaigns. Email campaigns we can use for automations. You can also send out an email broadcast what I like to use email broadcast for. Is [00:42:00] letting my email list know when I have a new podcast episode, a new YouTube video, and a new blog post out.
So I send out one email broadcast a week. You can also use this to announce promotions that you have, or maybe you do a launch once a year of one of your products. Maybe it's a system, a coaching program, a consulting program, whatever it is. That is what you would really use email broadcast for. That's what I, but I'm mainly use email broadcast for nurturing.
My audience can also use it for promoting nurturing is the more powerful of the two. When we look at email campaigns, we can use this for marketing sequences. So when you sign up for my Kajabi Made Simple program, I'm gonna put you into a marketing sequence that is gonna educate you further how to get the most value out of Kajabi.
I'm also gonna give you other offers that may be able to help you and your business, and you can use this for onboarding sequences. That's what I'm [00:43:00] gonna dive into right now. So when you go under marketing in Kaja, you see email campaigns and we can click on new campaign, and we have an email broadcast and an email sequence.
So this should actually say email sequence. So email sequences are what we use. Firm marketing and onboarding. Email broadcasts are what we use for nurturing and promoting. So when you create a sequence, you can put them in folders, you can put broadcasts in folders too. Folders is a new capability that Kajabi came out with in the past year that I love.
So you can put all of your sequences. So here's my maid. Simple courses. So like for example, my Kajabi made simple courses here. So is my Learn World's talent, talent, mess, and talent cards. If I go into Kajabi, made Simple, this is my email sequence. That sends out two emails. You're gonna get one immediately when you sign up for Kajabi Made Simple, and I tell you how to get the most out of your course, how to make sure you [00:44:00] have access to your course, what the course covers, and I also wanna make sure that you have access to your 30 day free trial.
Then 28 days later, I let you know that if you start paying for Kajabi, I'm gonna give you access to my Platform to Profit strategy session, which. Is worth more than I actually have listed here right now. 'cause my consulting hourly rate keeps increasing. This is a powerful way to serve people even further.
So I'm helping you get even more. Outta the learning experience. The other way to use this, so our email sequences is to sell or to market. So I go into folders. I have my Evergreen email sequences. This is all my sales or marketing email sequences. So when you sign up for my free masterclass, any of my free courses.
When you check out my e-learning platform finder and you get [00:45:00] matched with the right platform, I'm not only going to provide the value by matching you with the platform, I'm also gonna put you into multiple email sequences to provide even more value to you. So these sequences, like my E-Learning Simplified Academy pitch sequence, is a five email sequence that is timed out one day, two days, three days, four days, and five days from the initial trigger of you joining the email list.
Really cool. Now lemme go back to offers. Go back to the offer we just created, the bulk purchase, and this is where when we go down to automations, we can go add automation upon offer being purchased, subscribe to an email sequence. And this could also be upon offer being granted. We can subscribe to an email sequence.
Pretty cool. One last thing with offers is you can cross sell. Other offers automatically, you can add other offers to the purchase flow. So if someone goes in to purchase one thing, [00:46:00] they will be offered another thing. Pretty cool can learn more about this and Kajabi made simple. And number five, ai. Every platform that I consult clients on and help clients implement have some sort of AI capabilities and some platforms have really powerful AI capabilities for you and I to use to empower us to build powerful learning experiences.
Other platforms have amazing AI capabilities. That interface directly with our customer interface directly with our learner. Right now what I've seen is some platforms are better at one and other platforms are better at the other. Kajabi is one of the platforms that is really good at helping you and I.
With AI capabilities to help us build powerful learning experiences. As of recording this video and podcast episode, there isn't as much AI support directly for learners. And what I mean by that is native AI bots to get [00:47:00] feedback and answer learner questions. If you wanna learn. About a platform that's also an external platform, an externally facing platform that that empowers you to serve your customers.
I highly recommend that you check out My Learn Worlds 2026 review, at the very least, to compare, to see if Kajabi or Learn Worlds is the right fit to empower you and your company to serve your customers, and create global impact together. For Kajabi. The best AI capabilities as of right now are creating products.
And something called Co-Founder. By the time you watch this, maybe it's not called Co-Founder anymore, but basically co-founder is Kajabi's version of a generative AI chat, and they just upgraded it massively. It used to be called Amma and Amma. It was just slow. It wasn't bad, it was just slow. [00:48:00] Co-founder is just as fast as chat, CBT as Gemini.
You can get your answers quickly, and I'm gonna get there in a second. I really wanna talk about how powerful the product creating AI is because it's not even marketed as AI in Kajabi, but what happens is, you remember when we created. Our new product, master e-Learning, ROI. Well, here is what Kajabi did for us.
It mapped out the different modules and lessons for our product. Now in Kajabi, you have modules, submodules lessons and quizzes. A module is a folder that you can put your lessons in. A module is what we call at e-learning partners a milestone. A milestone is a group of modules, or in this case, lessons that help you achieve the result of the milestone.
When we're creating an online [00:49:00] course, a learning experience, whatever we're creating, we're creating transformation in our learners and we're taking them on a journey. Which is why I teach you how to create a learner transformation statement in my free masterclass. Linked in the show notes and linked in the description below your learner transformation statement.
Has your learner start at point A? It takes them to point Z. Well, your program is what takes them to point Z and along the way. We are gonna have different milestones. Well, in Kajabi, these milestones are looked at as modules, and then within the milestones we're gonna have modules, or in Kajabi they're called lessons.
This is what helps us go from point A to point Z. So Kajabi is created. Some of these for us, it's even created text for us already. I love this because it really gives us a starting [00:50:00] point for our courses. It really gives us a starting point for what we're creating. But it doesn't stop here. When we go to website, we go under landing pages.
Kajabi has also. Created a presale landing page for us for our new product. It has built a template out, has a form that's also built for us so we can start getting people who are interested in the products signed up for our email list, but it doesn't stop there. We've also had under marketing. An email campaign created specifically an email broadcast, and this is an early access email broadcast created to help us have a starting point to reach out to our customers.
And like I said, it created a form for us, master E-Learning, ROI wait list that is embedded on our. Landing page, I always select single opt-in, unless you're in a country that requires double opt-in. Double opt-in basically means [00:51:00] that people opt into your form, they can send an email. Then they have to accept in the email that they want to be on the email list.
Single opt-in means they just go through the form, and this is where we can change the form fields and look. Here's the automation. When form is submitted, add a tag, master e-learning ROI wait list. So it created a tag for us as well, so we can keep track of everyone on the wait list, so then we can use that tag to ultimately send our email broadcast.
Pretty cool. That is how Kajabi uses AI to create products. Now the new feature. Which is really just a rebranded and updated Amma co-founder. When you go to dashboard or you click on the little icon here, you will have all your co-founder conversations. The cool thing about Co-Founder is, I mean, it's basically like having a conversation with Chat GPT or Gemini, but what you can do is you can create to-do lists, and then what you can do is based on conversations you can [00:52:00] create to-do lists.
And then when you finish the to-do, it's gonna go to completed. So let's say that we're talking to a co-founder here and we want help me with a step-by-step process to launch my new group consulting program using Kajabi and create this as a to-do list. So now co-founder's gonna think, gonna give us our steps to find the offer.
Set up the product and offer in Kajabi. Create a simple sales page, set up email basics, set up onboarding in Kajabi. Plan your promo window when you're gonna actually sell this thing. Deliver and refine. And then what we should be able to do is say, great, I agree. Let's make this into a to-do list.[00:53:00]
And now we go save as to-Do List and Kajabi co-founder. Boom. Now when you go to dashboard, go to your action items. There's all those things that haven't been done yet. Things that are completed, you just go to to-dos. We click on our to-do, go with start, and here it is. Once we finish all of this, we click here.
That goes to completed. Pretty cool. This is new. It's going to keep developing. The best part about this is so much faster than am I am going to start using this in both my businesses and testing it against chat GPT now. Kajabi still has Creator Studio, which allows you to repurpose [00:54:00] content, but I personally, just like other softwares for this, I use the script to repurpose content.
I'll take these episodes, repurpose it in the shorts, and release it on my YouTube channel. If you wanna check out the script, I have a link in the show notes and in the description below if you're watching this on YouTube. So depending on the tech stack of your organization. You may have a greater or lesser need for a third party integrations.
CoStar has a huge tech stack and we needed to seamlessly integrate Kajabi into it. And really what we looked at is. Payment processing. This was the main one. And secondarily, we already talked about this having a subdomain, so we took the payment processing that they [00:55:00] already had, which was Stripe, Kajabi, also.
Connects to PayPal and we integrated it so that Kajabi would talk to their Stripe account so that everything would go into their accounting system that they have for their entire organization. Subdomain, we just connected to their domain that already existed. Put an e-learning dot costar.com. Sub domain, but maybe you already have your email list somewhere else.
You could connect that software or software like MailChimp Convert Kit, active campaign with Kajabi. Now, I highly recommend that you take that list and import it into Kajabi. Cancel that subscription so that you're not paying for multiple subscriptions. That's the power of Kajabi. So [00:56:00] even though you could do the third party integration, I highly recommend that you just use Kajabi and.
Save the money. You can connect with social media if you like Instagram and Facebook. And really this will help you with, if you're using Creator Studio, 'cause you can create the Content Creator Studio and push it to Instagram and Facebook Analytics. Let's say you want to connect with your Google Analytics.
This I actually do. Use because Google Analytics are a little bit better than Kajabi Analytics. So now I have Kajabi Analytics and I have Google Analytics, and they talk with one another. If you're running meta or Facebook ads, you can connect with megapixel. And then for all those random. Connections that you wanna make.
Kajabi does have Zapier. I highly recommend though, that if you're using Kajabi to run any aspect of your business, maybe you're using it as a standalone education site. Maybe you're using it like I do, like CoStar group, or maybe you're using it like I do to run my entire business. The great thing about [00:57:00] Kajabi is it combines a lot of these other softwares all in one place where I've seen customers of mine save.
Hundreds of thousands of dollars per year by using Kajabi. What I see in the marketplace in general is that organizations tend to overpay five to 200 x just on their learning technology, and that's why I work with companies like Kaja. To provide a high value opportunity for my customers, for business owners like yourself that I serve, their pricing changes here and there, and like any company, it increases over time.
But overall, as of recording this, there's three plans that are. Frontward facing, known as the basic, the growth and the pro plan. My other company athlete with asthma, I'm on the basic E-learning partners. I'm on the growth and my enterprise level clients like [00:58:00] CoStar Group are on the pro need to save 20%.
And if your cash flow is a little tighter, you can pay monthly, save that cash flow, use that excess cash other places in your business, and then if you're ready at some point to jump up the annual, you can do that. What I've seen is once you. Start your free trial of Kajabi, which you can get access to in the show notes and in the YouTube description below.
I'm also gonna give you access to my Kajabi Made simple online course. And then when you decide to start paying for Kajabi, you're gonna get invited to a Platform to Profit strategy session with me. And as of recording this video, my hourly rate for consulting is $5,000 an hour. So you're gonna get a half hour of my time for free.
Well, it's not for free 'cause you're paying for Kajabi. That's why I'm even giving you half an hour of my time. Well, what I've seen is once you finish the free trial, what you can do is there's a fourth package. That has had different names over the [00:59:00] years. Kickstarter, I think the start package, well, it's an even more stripped down version of the basic package, which is about half the cost of the basic package.
Now, if you're watching this on YouTube, you can see the prices here on my screen. If you're listening this as a podcast, really you're ranging from the basic being 180 bucks a month, the growth being two 50. A month and the probe being $500 a month, which is five to 200 x less than other softwares out there gonna save you a lot of money.
And it's a high value software. While the starter or Kickstarter package is typically a hundred dollars or less per month, and as of right now, I do have some clients that can still see it. Once they've finished their 30 day free trial, they can see that that is an option, even though it's not a frontward facing option On the Kajabi site.
Now I love Kajabi. I use Kajabi to run both of my businesses. I have 40 clients currently using Kajabi startups all the way up to [01:00:00] $2.7 billion organizations taking advantage of the powerful tools of Kajabi to change the world. I invite you if this is what your mission is, is you. Have this vision to impact lives all over the world.
Maybe you're looking to spread hope like Mario over at Celso, looking to half the world suicide rate with all of his programs. Maybe you're looking to create opportunities for people by giving them certifications that can empower them to get powerful jobs, to empower them to get. Paid more at their jobs, like my client over at CoStar.
Or maybe you're looking to save lives like my client over at kir. Teaching and empowering doctors to use breakthrough bio technologies to powerfully serve their patients no matter what it is. I hope that Kajabi can support you along the way. I'm [01:01:00] also here as your. E-learning partner if you wanna figure out how we can work together.
