Today on the show, I'm gonna share with you some major upgrades that one of my favorite e-learning platforms out there has done to help you and I better serve our customers. Now remember, there are two different types of e-learning or learning experience platforms out there. There's internal and there is external.
Internal means [00:02:00] that it is a platform built to help you and I serve our teams. External means that it is empowering us to serve our customers. Now, that doesn't mean that a platform solely serves our teams or solely serves our customers. It can do both. And, uh, the platform I'm gonna be talking about today, learn World, specifically the new point of purchase, point of sale, e-commerce features that have been recently released to empower us to serve even more customers.
Now, one of the most powerful things that you can do. Today to create change in the world is to share your message, to share your knowledge, to educate your customers, how to get more value [00:03:00] out of your company, out of your products, and not only a B2C or business to customer. Or B two I individual. But in a B2B or business to many, when you focus not only on selling B2C, B two I, or this can also be looked at one to one.
And you start focusing on selling one to many or one to a lot of many, you can create more impact in the world. Just like my VIP coaching client, Mario and his organization SE all are doing by selling B2B by selling one too many. His library of learning experiences that decrease. [00:04:00] Depression in our world.
Well, when you decrease depression, when you decrease anxiety, when you help people be happier and support one another, you also decrease suicides. And from a business perspective, you increase productivity in our companies. So he. Theory of where this fits in to empower you and I to serve our customers around the world. Okay? So when you're in Learn Worlds, what you're gonna wanna do [00:08:00] is go into the e-commerce. Area. Now, I have used Learn Worlds for a long time, and what I've noticed is that depending on when you're watching this video or listening to this podcast episode, what I'm sharing with you may be in a different place.
That's why this is most important, and the theory here is. Under e-commerce. What Learn Worlds has done is we now have offers, gifts, licenses, custom deals, and a new cart and checkout flow. Now, there's also payments and plans that isn't new. It's just reports and data for you to look at regarding your purchases.
The most important things here are offers, gifts, licenses, custom deals, cart and checkout flow. We're also gonna jump into courses and programs a little later, but let's start. At the top, at least what the current top of e-commerce is, which is offers. Now, why are [00:09:00] offers important? Well, offers allow you, empower you to take courses, to take learning experiences, to take programs that you built in learn worlds and bundle them together.
What you used to have to do is sell one separately, or you could, I guess, add some to a subscription, but now you are able to bundle them, customize them for your customers. Why is this important? Well, now days, what I see in e-learning. In online education, in learning as a whole, when you and I are looking to get the most ROI for our businesses, we need to make sure that we are creating the most ROI for our learners, and in this case, our learners are our customers.
So. When we're looking at building a program, a learning experience, it's [00:10:00] much less about what the delivery method is and much more about what is the payoff that you are getting for your learners. For example, the payoff for my program, e-learning simplified Academy.

[00:13:00] We have a lot of different things here. Offer types. So you can either do a product discount, this is another way you can use offers.
If you want to take a product that already has a set price point and offer it as a discount, this is one way you can do it. You can also bundle products. Together with a discounted price. I'm gonna select this one. Bundle offers, we're gonna say product discounts for now, let's go to continuum. This is how should the discount be applied?
Auto applied or coupon base. So you decide, we're gonna say auto applied, continue. Then it's gonna ask me to select products. I'm gonna go with all products for now. All courses, all learning programs, and go continue. Then we choose the discount value reduced the current price by a percent, an amount set, a new fixed price.
Continue. Oh, I guess I should put something in here. Each product, eh, I probably shouldn't. Each product will cost, we'll say [00:14:00] $5,000. Offer details. So how would you like to name your offer? A hundred K Savings System, e-Learning SFI Academy, the a hundred K savings system. How many times can people redeem the offer?
Continue, review and submit, finish, and your offer is created. Here are where all your offers live. Pretty easy to create an offer. You can also go under programs and subscriptions and create a learning program, create a program slash subscription. Now, this is really interesting, the. Whole reason why Learn Worlds has created this is so that you can have different tiers of subscriptions related to your learning programs.
You used to only be able to have one subscription, and that was it. Now you can have different subscriptions in [00:15:00] your business. And he needs to be able to create a custom bundle of all these things while Custom deals empowers him to do this. And it's the same thing. Once they pay, they can distribute the licenses internally. Now what if.
We're looking at one-to-one, one to many. Maybe we don't want to have to have someone come to us and always have to do a custom deal. Well, you can activate the cart. Check out flow. And what this does is it [00:27:00] makes it so that your customers can go through your website, through your Learn World's website and add different things to their carts.
