[00:00:00] Learning Transformed is brought to you by eLearning Partners, your guide to designing transformational learning experiences in the age of AI For millennia, human intelligence was the highest form of intelligence on Earth, until now. Hi, I'm AI. I can process more information in seconds than any human in a lifetime.
This shift raises not only practical questions about the future of learning, but existential ones about the meaning of human life, growth, and evolution
On this podcast hosted by me, Johnny Havey, we navigate these questions with clarity, creativity, and confidence. As the most adaptable species on the planet, we can not only survive the rise of [00:01:00] artificial intelligence but create better human-centered AI-powered learning experiences that elevate humanity to a new era of abundance, transformation, and meaning
AI is rising and so are we
Now let's dive in
Today on the show, I'm gonna take you the curtain and share with you how my best clients are utilizing LearnWorlds and getting the most ROI or return on their investment in the platform. No matter where you are in your e-learning, online course, education, learning experience, wherever you are in your journey of creating powerful education programs and leveraging them to serve your customers and your employees, it is [00:02:00] important to always evaluate and look at how you can get the best return on investment for you and your organization.
It is also extremely, and maybe even more important, to look at the return on investment that your customers and your employees, your team members, are getting from what you do and what you invest in as an organization. What we really wanna do is look at all three of these groups, and let's say that there's a circle that represents the ROI that each of these groups, your customers, your employees, and you, are looking to get.
What we wanna do is look at where this overlaps, the ROI that you're getting, your organization's getting, and the ROI that the different stakeholders that your organization serves are getting. And where it [00:03:00] overlaps is where you want to focus. And ideally, we want all of these circles to overlap. So wherever The circle, the ROI that each of your stakeholders are looking to get.
Wherever each of these circles overlaps, this is the slice of pie that you wanna focus on. This is what I call ROI pie. So when we're investing in anything, when we're using a platform like LearnWorlds, like we're gonna dive into today, this is what my clients are focused on when utilizing the platform, when making any sort of decision to invest money and time into anything.
And this is what I invite you to do as well. And if you wanna dive even deeper about how LearnWorlds can powerfully serve you, your customers, your employees, 'cause you can leverage it to train both, by the way. It is primarily a customer-facing learning management system, but [00:04:00] you can also, once you've created things to serve your customers, to either sell courses or to educate your customers on how your products serve them and your services serve them, you can also take the same software and utilize it to train your employees to be more efficient and effective.
I wanna invite you, in addition to watching this video or listening to this podcast episode, to check out my program, LearnWorlds Made Simple. I have it linked in the show notes and in the YouTube description. So these are two starting points for you. If you don't have LearnWorlds yet, go grab a free trial of LearnWorlds and get access to my LearnWorlds Made Simple program for free.
If you already have LearnWorlds and you wanna dig even deeper, then I invite you to grab a ticket to my Plug the Profit Leak challenge. I do these challenges throughout the year, and I want you in the next challenge. Let's dive in. So LearnWorlds is really an externally facing learning management system.
External means you're gonna primarily use it to train your [00:05:00] customers or to sell courses or other digital products, other education products to your customers. External means customer-facing. While I currently have more than 30 clients utilizing LearnWorlds and maximizing the value of LearnWorlds by working with me directly with my enterprise learning partnership program, where we actually go in and we do the build, and we set it up in a way to improve profits by multiple six figures per year.
My enterprise learning accelerated partnership clients see millions of dollars of profits by working together with me, an e-learning partner. Or you can hire me out as a consultant so that you never run into any roadblocks as you go through your education journey. Or you can even join one of my Plug the Profit Leak challenges that I do throughout the year in a group setting.
When you grab a ticket, we're gonna go through in a group setting with other business owners, other leaders like yourself. We go through Plug the Profit Leaks in your business, and I've had people on the challenge [00:06:00] actually unlock 100K or more in their business just within two days. So there's these different ways.
Or you can jump in and do this stuff yourself with my LearnWorlds Made Simple program, or just watching a YouTube video or listening to a podcast episode like this. My clients really find that LearnWorlds helps them with a few different things. The first one is their websites. And I'm gonna show you, 'cause there's a couple different ways that you can utilize LearnWorlds to really run your website.
You can either use it as your primary website Or you can use it as your education website. And these are really the two ways. For example, my client Cell Assault. You can see it here. What Mario has done is utilized not only LearnWorlds as a learning management system, but he uses LearnWorlds as a business management system to support his entire business, to act as the website that all of [00:07:00] his clients who are purchasing programs, but also they may be hiring him out to go do a training for an entire franchise or department.
Or you may be like my client Cashmira, which is a therapeutics and healthcare organization with a bunch of different branches and service lines that really integrate well together. Well, what we've done is we've harnessed LearnWorlds as the education arm or the education website for Cashmira to connect with patients and with medical providers, and really empowering both of these groups through education how to get the most value out of Cashmira's products and the molecules that Cashmira specializes in creating, in this case, CBD.
So this is the first way that my clients typically harness the power of LearnWorlds. So instead of having multiple websites or needing a website and a learning management system, you can get both out of LearnWorlds. I'm gonna show you a little bit more on the back end of LearnWorlds in a few minutes.
The next thing [00:08:00] is really harnessing the power of LearnWorlds as an LMS. So this means education programs. Now, in LearnWorlds, this is broken into really two pieces. We have courses and we have programs. And what we really wanna do is we wanna harness these together, because when we harness the power of courses within LearnWorlds and programs within LearnWorlds, what we're able to do is create specific learning tracks for different audiences.
We're able to put courses together and really group them in a way to create a payoff, whatever payoff that your learners, that your customers are looking to get. If you wanna double this as a internal learning management system, and therefore serving your employees, same thing. You can use the programs as learning paths to really empower your employees to become more effective and efficient at their [00:09:00] jobs.
And I also wanna talk about enrollment, especially because enrollment, when we're really looking at how we can get the most return on investment as a business, enrollment is extremely important 'cause we're not just enrolling individuals, we- are also enrolling businesses. And if you're not doing this, I highly recommend that you do do this.
You wanna be able to serve both individuals and businesses. And if you wanna start with one or the other, I highly recommend that you start with businesses. And it's really because when we're looking at this, when we're enrolling or selling to individuals, we're selling one-to-one When we're selling to businesses, and I'm not talking about small businesses, I'm talking about enterprises, larger organizations.
Could be medium-sized as well, but really we're selling one to many. And really what many of my clients using LearnWorlds takes advantage of is the fact that LearnWorlds has [00:10:00] it set up where you can set up organizations to buy licenses from you in bulk, a dozen at a time, 100 at a time. Well, this allows you to serve more people, serve more individuals, which allows you to create more value for the businesses and for more people.
Therefore, you're creating bigger impact, and you are making more money as a business, as a business owner. This is extremely important. We're gonna go through this as well. I'll probably talk about some other things as we open up LearnWorlds and go through. I'll also look at a little bit of the AI capabilities.
The thing with LearnWorlds and all of these systems, that technology's moving so quickly, so all of this is changing drastically. So just know that as you invest your time and your money in LearnWorlds, just like every other AI technology, it's changing rapidly, so the actual AI capabilities of LearnWorlds is even better than it is today when I recorded this episode for [00:11:00] you.
Now, this is where if you're listening to the podcast, I invite you to continue listening, and if you want to see what I'm doing inside of LearnWorlds, then I invite you to go to my YouTube channel at eLearning Partners and check out this episode there. I will also link to it in the show notes so that you can, when you're ready, when it's safe for you to watch, you can watch.
Once you log into LearnWorlds, you're gonna see that you need to choose your school. Now, this is really interesting. I just completed a one-week intensive with a client of mine a couple weeks ago, and they were asking me how they should segment their school. They have three different markets that they're serving, and they were wondering if they needed to upgrade to the LearnWorlds package so that they could have multiple schools.
Well, I asked a few more questions, and ultimately, they just wanted to offer different learning tracks. They didn't actually need three different websites. They didn't need three different schools. So if you're asking yourself that same [00:12:00] question is, "How many schools do I need?" You probably only need one.
Now, if you were trying to create a university or an education program for different businesses, that's when I would set up a new school, have a school for this business, school for this business, et cetera. For me, I run two businesses, eLearning Partners and Athlete With Asthma, and I have a different website for each of these.
That's how I like to look at schools, is it's really an independent website. So if you have programs that are for one specific brand and you wanna break them up into learning tracks, there's a better way to do it. So once we open up our school, we are gonna see a dashboard and all of these things- We can click on, on the side.
These are all of our options. Let's start with website. And if you want an in-depth of how to build your website in LearnWorlds, you're gonna wanna grab the link for my 30-day free trial of LearnWorlds I'm able to give you, and my LearnWorlds Made Simple program. I have a whole module about how to get the most out of your website, how to [00:13:00] get the most ROI out of your website.
But here is the basics. We click on Website. We have all these different options, Design, Theme Explorer, Blog, Pop-ups, Navigation, Website Settings, et cetera. Well, you are gonna be prompted to choose a design or a theme. It's very interesting, though. When we're looking at LearnWorlds, I dig into this deeper in my program.
The design is really the template. When you click on Design, you're gonna see something called Site Flavors. Site Flavors Is your template. So what you're gonna do is you're gonna select a site flavor, pick one that looks cool, that fits with your brand, and then you can make a bunch of changes to it. What you're gonna see here is that you go to Theme Explorer.
This isn't themes. This is how you edit your theme. This is where you put in the branding colors for the different layouts. This is where you put in your fonts. This is where you decide your button colors. And you can change some [00:14:00] layout options, too, but this is not actually a theme. Theme is under Design, and more specifically under Site Flavors.
Now, the next thing is to click on Edit Website, and this is where you're gonna see a bunch of pages already created for you. This is what I love about LearnWorlds is you don't have to guess what pages you need and don't need. You open up Edit Website, and it's gonna have all the pages, and it breaks it into different categories.
See all of them, you just click on All. If you see a green dot, that means it's live. If you see a red dot, that means it's in draft mode and it's not live. You don't have to use all these pages, and I highly recommend that you keep the pages that you don't think you're gonna use in draft mode. You can also delete some pages, but be careful about what you delete because you may actually need the page.
To be fair, I don't think LearnWorlds will allow you to delete the most important pages. But this is where you can just click into a page. Here's the error page when someone hits a page on your site that doesn't exist anymore. Here's the homepage. Here's all these [00:15:00] test pages. These are pages that were automatically created every time that I create a test course or program.
And this is the sales page for that program. This is where all this lives. Like I said, you can really do this in a couple different ways. You can do it like Celusol has done, where this is the website. Mario and his organization, Celusol, exists to prevent the million-dollar behavioral risk and payroll liabilities that are created by mental health in Australia and beyond.
He's really focused on the Australian market to begin with. Australia is averaging $900 million every day through workforce distress, behavioral risk, and lost productivity. And you click here to work with him. This doesn't necessarily mean that you're gonna be investing in any education programs he has for his main website.
It's 'cause this saves money. It also saves complexity. When you have one system that is responsible for your entire business, it's a lot simpler than having two or three systems. When you have one [00:16:00] website, it's a lot simpler than having two or three websites. When I created my first set of online programs, I had my main website, and then I had my LMS, and I tried to connect them together, and it was really tough.
It's a lot easier today than it was seven, eight years ago, but it's still more expensive to have two different systems. So unless you're set up like one of my other clients, Cashmira, which I'm gonna talk through why we set it up how we have with Cashmira, then you can probably use LearnWorlds as your main website as well.
The other side of things, Cashmira. Cashmira Therapeutics has multiple business lines. They have their telehealth Cope Now platform, where you can actually talk with a prescribing physician to see if CBD is the right fit for you and your health needs. That is one part of their business, Cope Now. They also have Cashmira Pharmacy.
That is a second part of their business, where a prescribing physician, so if you're a prescribing physician and you wanna prescribe [00:17:00] pharmaceutical-grade CBD, you can do that through Cashmira Pharmacy. And then we have One Cannabis, or onecannabiscares.com. This is the education hub for Cashmira. This is where we are educating providers, medical doctors, prescribing physicians how to confidently and safely prescribe CBD to their patients.
And on the other side of things, we are educating patients how to have conversations with their doctors if they are interested in CBD as a therapeutic treatment for different indications and health concerns that they may have. We selected a separate website because we wanted to create a brand that was fully education.
One Cannabis is Cashmere's education brand. This is why we made this choice. You may wanna do something similar. Either way, you can't go wrong. Just know that there are pros and cons of each of these things. Cashmere has to maintain multiple websites, [00:18:00] including their education website. But for Cashmere, this was the right move.
We have created an amazing brand around One Cannabis Care that integrates with the entire Cashmere ecosystem seamlessly. For Mario, he only needed one website, one brand. Let's put it all in one place. Next, let's look at courses and programs. Now, you may hear me talk about programs all the time. When I use the words programs, I'm talking about anything that you and I create that's an education program that helps us educate and empower our customers to either get more value out of our products and services, to purchase a program from us, or it could be a program we're creating for our employees to make them more efficient and effective at their job.
I use the words programs as the catch-all term for e-learning, online courses, learning experiences, any type of education program. LearnWorlds uses the term courses for what I call programs. LearnWorlds uses the term programs for what I [00:19:00] call a learning path, basically connecting a group of courses in sequential order or just a group of courses as a whole for your learners to interact with.
This is very interesting, and my clients love utilizing programs. 'Cause what they do is go in and we build our courses here, build our e-learning programs here. And you have a lot of options when we're building a course. You can do it with AI, you can build it yourself, and you can even license courses that are already made.
When you go in, you're gonna see this course creation wizard. It's gonna take you through step-by-step how to build it. Let me show you once you actually have a course built. I have a bunch of demo courses on draft here. You're gonna see that courses are made up of sections and activities. That's it. A section is a group of activities.
Activities are your individual learning units. If you've taken my free master class, or you just learn from me course structure, program structure. And what I [00:20:00] teach is that you have point A is where your learners start before they take your program. Point Z is where they are when they complete the program.
What we're doing is we're bringing them from point A to point Z, and how we do this is we take them through different milestones. Milestones
Equal sections and learn worlds. Now, how do we get our learners from one milestone to the next? Well, we have these different modules That make up our milestones. In
LearnWorlds, modules equals activities. So when you're creating your courses in LearnWorlds, this is how you're breaking them up. How [00:21:00] many sections do you need? As many as you need to bring your learner from point A to point Z. However many activities that your learners need to go through in order for them to be successful in completing that section, or what I call milestone.
So when you go add activity, you can do it with AI, you can import one you've already created somewhere else, or you can pick something here. And there's a lot of different options, multimedia, you can have videos, SCORM files, audio, all these different things. You can create exams, certifications. You can embed stuff that you've created elsewhere.
This is how you create a course. Pretty simple. Now, once you create a course, you can go to Program/Subscriptions. This is really interesting. This is a newer feature. You can actually have tiered programs, is you have a program offered at a specific subscription price point that gives your learners access to so many courses.
Then you can have a different tier that people pay more for, and you [00:22:00] give access to even more courses. Pretty cool. But really, when you're looking at creating a program, it's the same thing. There's this setup wizard. You're gonna create either a learning path or a learning collection. If you want your courses to be taken in a forced A to Z order, sequential order, then you wanna create a learning path.
If you don't care, and you just want your learners to have access to all the programs, then you will wanna create a learning collection. You can still set up the collection in A to Z order, but allow your learners to jump around by creating a learning collection. Once you do this, you get to choose if it's a free program, a one-time payment program, or a subscription.
Now, my clients tend to use both free and paid. We do this because we want to start serving our learners with free content, with free programs. Get them in to our school, get them into our environment, into our community, and then we can sell them other [00:23:00] programs, other products. So that's why you would wanna use free.
That's what we've done over with Cashmira and One Cannabis. We have a free provider program, we have a free patient program, and we're in the process of launching our first paid programs. But the whole reason why we have free programs is because our goal is to educate providers to feel confident prescribing CBD.
Cashmira sells CBD, the most pure, 100% pure CBD, prescription-grade CBD in the world. So the business ROI that we're looking at getting is educating our providers, educating medical doctors, so that they feel comfortable actually investing in- and prescribing Cashmere's products. And same thing, we're educating patients, and we're educating them with free content because we want them to feel comfortable and confident actually having conversations with their providers about CBD, and they need to feel comfortable and confident taking CBD so that providers can [00:24:00] prescribe it.
So when you're looking at harnessing the power of LearnWorlds, it's not just about selling courses. It's not just about selling education programs. It's about how can we leverage LearnWorlds to increase the adoption of our core products? How do we increase customer acquisition by educating our customers more about our services?
How do we create something that we can sell to our customers as well? And ultimately, once you do that, you can do the same thing with your employees. You can go and create a free program that you give access to all your employees, and then you just pull in the courses that you've created in LearnWorlds that your employees need.
Really cool. This is one of the best things LearnWorlds has released. Now let's look at enrollment. You've created your website. You got your courses and programs set up. How do we actually enroll people? And how do we make sure that we are serving B2C and B2B? [00:25:00] Remember, B2C is business to customer or consumer This is one.
This is one-to-one. And then B2B is business to business. And, uh, really we wanna sell one to many here. So we wanna sell licenses to businesses to use for their teams. So what LearnWorlds has done for us is under e-commerce, we have a bunch of different options. Now, I did an in-depth video and podcast episode about this specifically, 'cause this was a new feature in 2026.
You can see the ins and the outs of how to set this up. But really the theory here is we can either sell one course at a time, one program at a time, or we can license multiple courses, multiple programs, multiple combinations of courses and programs at a time. So [00:26:00] how we do this is when you're in courses, you're gonna choose a price for your course.
When you're in programs, you're gonna choose a price for your program. Well, when you're in e-commerce, you can also create offers, which is bundling different courses at a specific price point. You can change the price points. You can have courses all set at one price point, bundle them together at a custom price point.
You can also do this with programs. Pretty cool. The other thing you can do is you can set it up so that people can buy gifts for other people. This is great because if someone wants to invest in your program, this is something we've done with Sell Us All. If someone wants to invest in Mario's Support Over Suicide program, they can actually buy it and gift it to someone.
So they can buy it for themselves, and they can buy it for someone else, which is really cool Now, this is important because before, if you wanted to buy a course for someone else, it'd be real tough. You'd have to do a couple different transactions, all this stuff. Now all you have to do is activate gifts, and then people can buy a gift for another person.[00:27:00]
Now, the most exciting piece here is licenses. And it says right here, automate your B2B course sales. This is where you empower organizations to buy as many licenses they need in a transaction, and then they get to manage the distribution of those licenses. You no longer have to figure out, okay, here's all the emails, here's all the people, we need to onboard everyone.
No, your client who just purchased the bulk order gets to do that themselves. This is a better user experience for them, and it's a lot less work for you. Now, I know that when you get into the selling B2B or selling bulk licenses to what you're offering, you're gonna also run into the need for custom deals.
Well, this is similar where you can mix and match different courses, different programs, different amounts of courses and programs, different amounts of licenses of courses and programs, and basically build these custom packages for your clients to purchase from you. I highly recommend that you only do this with [00:28:00] business-to-business clients.
You're only doing this when people are buying one to many, and really it's when they're buying one to a lot of many. I'm talking about buying dozens of products from you. This is where you can create a custom deal, and it's the same thing. As you can see here, we want 20 licenses. These are the people we're giving the licenses to.
These are the products that they need licenses for. Create the custom deal, send it off to our client, they pay for it, and we're good to go. Well, the last thing is you can set it up where your clients can build their own custom deals. Sellusall has activated the cart When you activate your card in checkout flow, this allows people to go through your website and add stuff to cart.
So they can add X amount of licenses here, X amount of licenses here, X amount of licenses here, and then check out all at once. So you're not always forced to put a custom deal together. Really, where custom deals comes into play is if you have a client like my client CoStar Group, where Marriott or Cornell will come to them and be like, "Hey, we need 150 [00:29:00] licenses to this certification program."
And since they're buying in bulk, we give them a little bit of a discount. That's where a custom deal really comes into play, 'cause you can put all the licenses together, put a special price on it. If you're not doing a special price, then yeah, your customer can literally go through your website, add a bunch of stuff to the cart, and check out when they're ready.
This is really cool. It just gives you multiple ways to enroll your learners. Now, there's a lot of other things that my clients use LearnWorlds for, but it really gets nuanced, and this is why I've created my Plug the Profit Leak Challenge, so that you can get your questions directly answered by me during this challenge.
If you want that, you're gonna wanna invest in a VIP ticket so that we can literally go through your specific questions related to LearnWorlds and related to your business as a whole, and how you can leverage education to increase your profits by $100,000 per year. I've actually had, within two days of the challenge, I've had people tell me that they've [00:30:00] uncovered more than $100,000 in their business just from two hours of the challenge.
So I invite you to grab your ticket to my next Plug the Profit Leak Challenge so we can work together on exactly what you need in your business so that you're able to get as much return on investment so that your customers and your employees also get their return on their investment in you. And I invite you to go to plugtheprofitleak.com to buy your ticket to the next challenge.

AI is rising and so are we
